In 2012,the first season of "The Tip of the Tongue in China" was aired,setting off a wave of "tongue fever" in China.Subsequently,with the rapid development of Tencent,Youku,Iqiyi,Bilibili and other online networks,more and more online self-produced and Taiwang-net co-produced food documentaries have entered the public’s imagination,and gradually a commonplace creative landscape of "human vitally" has emerged.This paper takes food documentaries as the main research object,This thesis is an in-depth study of the creation of gourmet documentaries through literature analysis,case study analysis and practical creation methods,in order to provide some ideas for the creation of gourmet documentaries.This paper examines the paths of gourmet documentaries through six sections.The introduction mainly explains the research background and significance of the creation of gourmet documentaries,as well as the current situation of domestic and international research on "gourmet documentaries" and "creation of gourmet documentaries",and presents the purpose,content and methods of this thesis.The first chapter discusses the definition and historical evolution of the concepts of food documentaries and gentrification,and explains the characteristics of food documentaries and their gentrification creation in different periods.Chapter 2 analyses the aesthetic significance of the gentrification of food documentaries from four aspects: the aesthetic heritage of food culture,the continuation of collective memory,the emotional resonance of humanistic spirit.The third chapter focuses on the basic logic of the gentrification of food documentaries,firstly,the basic creative concept of the gentrification of food documentaries and the creative themes are analysed.Secondly,the content narrative of the gentrification perspective of food documentaries is analysed,from the diversification of perspective overlay,storytelling and diversification of narrative structure.The fourth chapter analyses the audiovisual language of the gentrification of food documentaries by combining camera language,variety elements,personalised narration and stylised music.The fifth chapter discusses the paths of gentrification in the production and broadcasting of food documentaries in terms of audience targeting,communication content,production agencies and communication media.The sixth chapter considers the gentrification of food documentaries,discussing the potential problems and countermeasures for the creation of gentrification of food documentaries and making suggestions for the future development of gentrification of food documentaries.The concluding remarks summarize the path of gentrification in the creation of food documentaries.
