| In recent years,the content production of documentaries has appeared the characteristics of multiple types and themes.Since A Bite of China became a phenomenon documentary in 2012,food documentary production and production has shown a booming trend like bamboo shoots after a spring rain,and the forms of expression and creative techniques are constantly updated.Documentary bears the mission of social responsibility and cultural inheritance,serves the national development strategy,and also serves the people’s growing aesthetic culture and spiritual construction.As one of the series,the documentary "Seasonal Food: Major Heat" presents the collision of biodiversity and China’s intangible cultural heritage--the 24 Solar Terms.It uses food documentary to show the wisdom of ancient people,explore the biodiversity of Yunnan on a bite,spread ethnic food culture,enhance cultural identity,and cast a strong sense of community of the Chinese nation.Although video recordings of Yunnan cuisine are not uncommon,this is the first time that the food has been created in accordance with the seasons.From the perspective of intangible cultural heritage,this paper studies the creative characteristics of the graduation work "Seasonal Food: Major Heat",and sorts out the topic selection strategies,creative ideas and editing technique in the creative practice of food documentary. |
