| Gene editing technology has attracted the attention of the Scientific Circles because of its extremely low miss rate and its broad application prospects.Some articles on the application results of gene editing technology show that gene editing technology has made a lot of contributions to improving the output and quality of agriculture and animal husbandry,gene editing technology has also made great contributions to curing genotypic genetic diseases of animals and humans.However,the experiment of editing and modifying human genes has been repeatedly disputed and condemned by the international community.In the future,the application field of human gene editing technology will be more widespread.Whether gene editing technology should involve gene editing of germline,should we totally deny reproductive gene editing? Or we should think about the feasible way with a critical view in the future.These problems will undoubtedly pose a challenge to domestic and foreign scholars.How to set the lower limit of gene editing technology,and the discussion of germline gene editing will become the key points of this paper.As one of the most advanced science and technology in the field of life science,human gene editing technology provides a new method for curing hereditary diseases,but at present,this technology has not developed sophisticated.So it can easily trigger a series of ethical issues.In addition to posing experimental risks to the research participant,it also exacerbates issues such as genetic discrimination,imbalance of social justice and ethical bottom line violations in scientific research,which urgently need to be taken seriously.Ethicist should explore the ethical issues that caused by human gene editing technology,and propose rectification suggestions under the guidance of ethical norms,promote the healthy development of this technology,resolve the moral dilemma of human gene editing technology,and making human gene editing technology to benefit mankind better.In view of the various challenges that gene editing technology brings to human ethics,the research of this paper will start from the history of the development of gene editing technology.After studying the convenience of genome editing technology for human beings,my paper will focus on the various ethical threats that gene editing technology may bring to us.My paper will try to look at human genome editing technology from an objective and positive standpoint,from the perspectives of the technology,the subjects,country,and researchers,propose relevant rectification suggestions based on the ethical challenges mentioned above.Provide theoretical support for gene editing,in order to achieve the goal of benefiting mankind.Under the guidance of the principles of bioethics,technology ethics and ecological ethics,we should promote the continuous in-depth research of human genome editing technology at this stage;we should also improve the laws and regulations related to human genome editing technology,establish ethical review system for technology application,and strengthen the construction of scientific and technological ethical governance system;researchers should abide by the ethical principles of science and technology,cultivate a sense of moral responsibility,and their scientific research achievements should also be subject to ethical review and risk assessment;national departments,enterprises,scientific researchers and the public should also promote communication and exchange,and work together to promote the development of human genome editing technology. |
