| As a frontier hot research in the field of life sciences,human gene editing technology has developed rapidly in recent years.The technology of human gene editing has shown great development potential in the field of human medicine because it can efficiently edit the fixed-point genome.This technology has made great achievements in the research of human genetic diseases,viral infection diseases and tumor diseases.However,while the technology of human gene editing shows broad prospects for development,its inherent innovation also causes human to worry about its potential ethical problems.Based on the relevant theories of human gene editing technology,this paper explains and analyzes the ethical problems faced by human gene editing technology in the process of research and application,that is,the uncertainty of the consequences of technology application,the issue of basic rights and interests,the issue of human dignity,and the issue of social justice.On this basis,the root causes of ethical problems caused by human gene editing technology are deeply explored.The restriction of the development level of gene editing technology,the weak ethical consciousness of responsible subjects,the imbalance between instrumental rationality and value rationality,and the imperfection of legal and ethical review system are the important reasons for ethical problems.Finally,it puts forward the countermeasures to the ethical problems of human gene editing technology.This technology should be controlled reasonably from three aspects:following the basic principles of bioethics,establishing the ethical regulations of human gene editing technology and strengthening the external supervision of human gene editing technology.Concrete and feasible measures to restrict human gene editing technology internally and externally are beneficial to standardize the research and application of human gene editing technology,so as to realize the ultimate goal of human gene editing technology development for human welfare. |
