| Background:Childhood abuse is an important predictor of mental disorders and abnormal personality formation in adulthood,and psychological selection of conscription based on certain criteria,screening out people with mental disorders,abnormal personality,etc.,to a certain extent,this explains the importance of studying childhood abuse in psychological selection of conscripts.At present,the psychological selection of conscription is based on self-report scale,which has test bias.Therefore,it is an urgent need for psychological selection to evaluate the objectivity of self-report scale.Based on this urgent need,the research group proposed the theory of Neuro-stimulus fusion to consciousness(NSFC),it refers to the use of cognitive neural technology to monitor the processing of consciousness activated by specific language stimuli,in which specific language stimuli are particularly critical.According to the basis of the scale,the characteristics of autobiographical memory and the susceptibility to negative emotions,and the principle of encoding specificity of memory extraction,the scale and the high arousal corpus were regarded as the specific autobiographical memory retrieval cues of the corresponding psychological trait groups,and were used as the specific language stimuli in this study.Vision captures 90%of the observed information of human beings,and through eye movements,it can reflect the attentional characteristics of mental activities,reveal the cognitive and emotional responses,and infer the cognitive process.Therefore,the accuracy and objectivity of psychological measurement can be improved to some extent by using eye movement technique.To sum up,this study takes childhood abuse as point of penetration,uses the scale and the high arousal corpus as the specific language stimulus,and uses the eye movement tracking technique to explore the eye movement difference of groups with or without childhood abuse experience under the same specific language stimulus,to explore the complexity of the process of consciousness,therefore,it is very important to choose which kind of language stimulus in psychological selection.Objects and methods:The subjects included two groups:the experimental group was abused in childhood,and the control group was not abused in childhood.There was no difference in age,sex,occupation and educational level between the two groups;the study was divided into three parts.The first part is the study of behavior and eye movement difference between maltreatment group and control group under the stimulation of childhood trauma scale.In this part,according to the characteristics of autobiographical memory and the basis of the scale,the statement description of childhood abuse in the scale is regarded as a cue to recall autobiographical memory.The main purpose of this study was to explore the relationship between the characteristics of eye movement and the process of consciousness(the result of behavioral response)when reading triggers the corresponding autobiographical memory,and to compare the differences between the two groups.The second part is about the difference analysis of behavior and eye movement between the maltreatment group and the control group under the condition of homogeneous sentence and paragraph arousal.This part uses the method of network language collection and expert remark,combining the characteristics of autobiographical memory’s self-correlation and negative emotion susceptibility,10 sentences and phrases with high self-identity and high arousal of negative emotions in homogeneous childhood abuser groups were selected as autobiographical memory retrieval cues,combined with eye tracking technique,explore the complexity of the processing of consciousness.At the same time,neutral paragraph as a control group,to eliminate the interference of reading factors.The third part is the construction and validity analysis of the recognition model of child abuse language awakening consciousness.Using 23 eye movement indicators as the features of machine learning,four kinds of machine learning algorithms were used to construct a child abuse recognition model based on the eye movement data obtained in response scale and high arousal stage.Results:1.There was significant difference in the total score of the scale between the maltreatment group and the control group(t=13.81,P<0.001).And there was significant difference in the scores of the five subscales(t=5.56,P<0.01;t=10.64,P<0.01;t=8.25,P<0.01;t=11.36,P<0.01;t=6.03,P<0.01).2.In the eye movement index of the scale,In the total fixation duration,the number of fixation points,the number of saccades and the number of regression,there were significant differences in the interaction effect between the two groups in the three areas of interest(all P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the change of pupil diameter between the two groups(t=0.81,P=0.42).3.There were significant differences in the scores of emotional arousal between the two groups(t=10.62,P<0.01;t=10.19,P<0.01).4.On the eye movement index of reading high arousal sentences,In the total fixation duration,the number of fixation points,the number of saccades and the number of regression,there were no significant differences in the interaction effect between the two groups in the three areas of interest(all P>0.05).There was no significant difference in the change of pupil diameter between the two groups(t=1.26,P=0.21).On the eye movement index during reading the high-arousal segment,In the total fixation duration,the number of fixation points,the number of saccades and the number of regression,there were significant differences in the interaction effect between the two groups in the three areas of interest(all P<0.01).There was significant difference in the change of pupil diameter between the two groups(t=3.30,P<0.01).5.Based on the eye movement data of the scale,the recognition accuracy of the four classifiers of random forest,Naive Bayes,Adaboost and K-Nearest Neighbor is 70.59%,79.35%,72.59%and 76.47%respectively;Based on the eye movement data of high arousal segments,the accuracy rate of the four classifiers is 88.82%,82.47%,74.71%and 76.47%respectively.6.The performance of the four models was evaluated based on the scale and the high arousal segment,the AUC values of the four models are 0.72,0.80,0.78 and 0.82 for random forest,Naive Bayes,Adaboost and K-Nearest Neighbor classification respectively.The AUC values of the four models are 0.90,0.83,0.82 and 0.81 respectively based on the high arousal segment.Conclusion:1.The behavioral response of the childhood trauma scale was consistent with that of the eye movement indicators,and the response score of the maltreatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group,the total fixation duration,the number of fixation points,the number of saccades and the number of regression were significantly more than those of the control group.the results showed that the maltreatment group had more profound cognitive processing to the language stimulus,indicating that the childhood trauma scale was a better clue for the abuse group to extract autobiographical memory.2.On the priming effect of autobiographical memory of childhood abuse,the scores of emotional arousal in sentences and phrases in the maltreatment group were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the five eye movement indexes in phrases were also significantly higher than those in the control group,however,there was no significant difference between the two groups in the eye movement index of the sentences.this indicated that the maltreatment group had more profound cognitive processing when they read the high arousal phrases,suggesting that the phrase priming effect was better in the childhood abuse autobiographical memory study.3.According to the analysis of Neuro-stimulus fusion to consciousness,both the high arousal paragraphs and the scale can identify the childhood abuser groups by eye movement indicators,and compare the priming effect of the two languages,the results provide a scientific basis for the construction of a multi-quality fusion system for psychological detection and selection of military personnel. |
