With the development of contemporary classical guitar,more and more players are playing piano works with classical guitar.Because of the differences in structure,number of voices,playing style and playing techniques between piano and classical guitars,there are often many difficulties in playing piano works with classical guitars.These difficulties not only present requirements on the music score,but also need the performer to consider proper guitar performance techniques based on piano processing methods,thereby better performing piano works with a classical guitar.This thesis is an analytical treatment of the technique of playing piano works on the classical guitar.By selecting four works by today’s leading composers for study,it aims to provide the performer with ideas on how to handle technique in piano works for guitar.This thesis consists of four chapters.The first chapter outlines the historical development of piano works for classical guitar and the representative works of each period.The second chapter introduces the characteristics and difficulties of piano works for classical guitar playing,to analyze the characteristics highlighted by piano works for classical guitar playing and the various difficulties and shortcomings encountered.The third chapter is the focus of this thesis.In this section,four mainstream guitar works adapted from piano are selected and studied in detail with regard to polyphony,ornamentation and articulation.The analysis is combined with a large number of actual performance examples,and the performer is able to solve the technical difficulties encountered in playing the piano pieces through certain technical processing feedback.Chapter 4 discusses how classical guitar remains instrumental features of piano works:simulating the sound characteristics of the piano and preserving the musical colors of piano pieces.The performer goes through the original work to simulate a certain piano sound,and at the same time needs to understand the era and background of its composition,the style of the repertoire,and the requirements of the piece when playing a piano piece.There are a large number of excellent piano works from all periods.The number of classical guitar adaptations and performances of piano works is also on the rise.The performers need to combine different pieces with different techniques to handle them.Playing piano works with classical guitar not only enriches the number of guitar repertoire,but also improves the artistic value of classical guitar. |
