The Stylistic Characteristics And The Performance Techniques Analysis Of An Erhu Piece Peach Blossom Castle By Yuanqing Li

The young composer Yuanqing Li’s Erhu work “Peach Blossom Castle” was published for the first time in the “2019 Jiangnan Style Erhu Works(Solo Ensemble)Solicitation”.The work has equipped with artistic,technical and audible characteristics.After its publication,it set off a boom in performing,and the work also deserves more attention in academic level.This paper is divided into three chapters to demonstrate and analyze the the background of“Peach Blossom Castle”,style,form,techniques,performance experience.Also,it refines the abstract and sensational instinct to rational thinking and theories,buoyed by the interviews with the composer himself,in order to have an objective,and accurate view of the works with,abundant evidence and rigorous arguments.This paper also tries to parse the song in multi-angle,multi-dimensional and multi-level to the readers.Supported by the evidence from interviews with the composer,this paper attempts to delve into restoring the background of music production;Based on the stylistic characteristics of the music,the paper emphasizes on the analysis of the stylistic playing techniques and try to share practical suggestions.Also,different angles are also leveraged to explore the musical images and the performer perspectives.
