This paper focuses on the history and current situation of Chinese language teaching in Uzbekistan in the context of Belt and Road.This paper investigates the situation of Chinese language teaching in Uzbekistan from the standpoint of both teachers and students by means of a questionnaire.From the Teachers point of view,including the teacher’s personal ability,the number of years engaged in Chinese teaching,teaching syllabus,teaching equipment and other aspects,to understand the strength of Chinese language teaching teachers in Uzbekistan.From the students point of view,this paper analyzes the situation of Chinese learners from the aspects of their learning attitude and learning goal,and then finds out the problems existing in the development of Chinese teaching in Uzbekistan,from the point of view of policy,the relevant policy of Uzbekistan to promote the development of Chinese language teaching needs to be improved,from the point of view of teachers,there are problems such as the low degree of Chinese specialization and the lack of teaching and training.From the perspective of teaching materials,there are insufficient teaching materials in Uzbekistan,mainly because Chinese teaching materials do not have universal applicability and are short of relevant local teaching materials;from the perspective of teaching skills.Chinese teaching methods need to be perfected and improved,some Chinese courses are not set reasonably and teaching aids are lacking.In addition,the promotion of culture is obviously lacking,and the construction of Chinese learning atmosphere needs to be strengthened.On the basis of finding all kinds of problems in Chinese teaching in Uzbekistan,the author puts forward corresponding rationalization proposals.First,there is a need for the education authorities of Uzbekistan to coordinate and accommodate policy on Chinese language education,not only in a scientific system,but also to prevent Chinese learners from learning in an inefficient way,leading to confusion in their studies,and to retreat if they do not advance.Secondly,from the perspective of teachers,to optimize the knowledge structure of Chinese teachers,professional skills to a certain extent are particularly important,we can adopt some incentive measures so that more teachers have the opportunity to study abroad.Thirdly,from the angle of teaching materials,we should meet the demand of the quantity of teaching materials,standardize the edition of teaching material and compile the innovative content.Finally,from the perspective of teaching,clear teaching objectives and improve management,focus on curriculum construction,actively use of multimedia teaching.In addition,pay attention to the construction of Chinese learning situation,so that they have a certain Chinese learning environment,in such an improvement,so that the effectiveness of teaching significantly improved.
