The development of Chinese International Education and Chinese affairs and foreign policy has a direct and close contact,"the The Belt and Road" has a great influence on the development of Chinese in the countries along with B & R.There are a lot of articles about the subject of Chinese learning and international students in China,however not yet a study on foreign students from the country along with B & R.This is a study on students in Institute of International Education from Huazhong University of Science and Technology.The study focus on learning motivation of foreign students from the country along with B & R.There are three main methods in this paper,the study of the related literature at home and abroad,the survey research about questionnaire,the interview with foreign students.There are four influencing factors of internal learning motivation,integration motivation,instrumental motivation,internal motivation and external motivation.According to those four dimensions of learning motivation,the "The Belt and Road" the National Students' learning motivation has put forward some proposals.The result show that the main factor of learning motivation is looking for a job which is one of the instrumental motivation.Instrumental motivation have the more influence than integration motivation on learning motivation of foreign students from the country along with B & R.In order to stimulating students' leaning motivation,I have made some recommendations from aspects of curriculum,activities.
