| Under the background of globalization,modernization and mobility,the voice of the local government in the process of intangible cultural heritage protection and development cannot be ignored,and under the threshold of cultural and tourism integration,local non-genetic inheritors have played an important role in the inheritance and protection of local intangible cultural heritage and tourism development.The state attaches more and more importance to the protection and development of intangible cultural heritage,especially the important role of "people" in the protection and utilization of non-genetic inheritance,and also pays attention to the integration of cultural tourism,to promote the organic integration of intangible cultural heritage protection and tourism,and to realize the use of cultural and plastic tourism,tourism to show culture.Taking Nanyin as an example,the study further explores the influence of local inheritors in intangible cultural heritage by sorting out the role of local inheritance subjects in non-genetic inheritance,and the results show that:(1)Civil society is an important unit for Nanyin to survive and take root in the local area,and the problem of the masses’ acceptance of Nanyin is an important aspect affecting the inheritance and protection of Nanyin.(2)Successive generations of inheritors have undertaken different inheritance tasks in different eras,and the first generation of Nanyin inheritors are an important source of the Nanyin traditional school that has been passed down and developed in later generations;the second generation of inheritors have many aspirants to carry out spontaneous inheritance and protection;the third generation is the most active and resourceful generation at present;the fourth generation of inheritors think about how Nanyin interacts with tourism,and also finds that Nanyin,as a local traditional music,is more difficult to understand Nanyin in Minnan language for foreign tourists.Therefore,it is proposed to enhance the story of the Nanyin performance,so as to reduce the difficulty of understanding by tourists.(3)The two different forms of organization of professional organizations and non-governmental organizations are different in terms of daily activities,salary system,performance venues,public welfare activities,and funding sources;to a certain extent,the two organizational forms reflect the differences between the elite inheritance with official background and the folk inheritance dominated by folk artists.(4)Summarize the three modes of teacher-apprentice training,school training and market training,which are composed of intangible cultural heritage studios/societies,professional colleges and universities,and tourism enterprises,and the main body of practice by teachers,masters,and training teachers,and the training system is composed of words and deeds,standardized teaching,and enterprise training;Local government departments and tourism enterprises also play an important role as the main body of practice. |
