| With the increasing maturity of Internet technology and the accelerating pace of work and life today,people want to relieve stress by pursuing art to enrich their spiritual world,and learning music has become a good choice.This project integrates music software with smart piano,through which the project can manage,coordinate and integrate various learning needs.With the emergence of the digital music wave,various smart music teaching devices have come to the forefront.As shown by education experts in the industry,factors such as unsynchronized teaching at both ends of the teacher-student spectrum,low automatic error correction rate,and learning outcomes that cannot be tracked and tested timely have caused serious difficulties for learners,and have become obstacles for learners to purchase smart music teaching system.The smart music teaching system is the core product of company.This thesis will introduce its project development process and the current situation of quality management activities,conduct research and data analysis,use Delphi method and fishbone diagram and other theoretical methods to analyze and summarize the essential problems affecting the project quality,and according to the CMMI model,design the process domain areas corresponding to the problems of personnel management and requirement deviation for this project,carry out a set of quality improvement strategies for the project based on the core process areas.During the implementation of the improvement strategies,the structure of organization,tools,and systems were guaranteed.The results of the implementation of the improvement strategy confirmed that the quality evaluation indicators of this project in the development phase have been greatly improved to prove the feasibility and effectiveness of the improvement strategy.The improvement strategy has improved customer’s satisfaction while promoting the development level of the smart music teaching system project and improving product quality. |
