| In today’s world,countries are interconnected and interdependent,their comprehensive national strength is constantly increasing,and the world pattern is showing a multi-polar development trend.Hard power is no longer the only criterion for judging a country’s comprehensive national strength,and soft power is increasingly influencing international relations.Russia is an important neighbor of China,and its relationship with China has developed and stabilized over the years.This article studies China’s soft power in Russia in the 21 st century,aiming to sort out the status quo,analyze problems,and explore strategies for improving soft power.This paper firstly clarifies the background of the concept of soft power,clarifies the connotation of soft power and its relationship with hard power,and lays a theoretical foundation for the following research;secondly,based on Joseph Nye’s concept of soft power,from the perspective of culture,political values,From one aspect,it analyzes the status quo and influence of China’s soft power in Russia in the21 st century;finally,it explores the problems of my country’s soft power in terms of cultural attraction,value attraction,and media attraction,and tries to propose strategies for improving soft power.The study of China’s soft power in Russia has its theoretical and practical significance whether it is considered from the perspective of the development of Sino-Russian relations or from the perspective of regional stability.China’s soft power in Russia in the 21 st century comes from three aspects: cultural attraction,political values,and foreign policy attraction.At the same time,enhancing soft power is of great significance to promoting national development,enhancing national image,improving inter-state relations,and promoting regional stability.This article is mainly divided into four parts.The first chapter is the introduction,which introduces the significance and background of the research,the research object and content,the research method,and the key points and difficulties of the research.The second chapter is the elaboration of related theories of soft power,respectively analyzing the background,connotation and development of soft power and its relationship with hard power.The third chapter explains the status quo of China’s soft power in Russia in the 21 st century.According to the connotation and source of soft power,it discusses the attraction and influence of China’s soft power from the perspectives of cultural exchanges,politics,and foreign policy between China and Russia.The fourth chapter studies the problems existing in the process of China’s soft power development in Russia,and tries to put forward strategies to improve it.The study of this paper enriches the research content of soft power,helps domestic scholars understand the status quo and existing problems of China’s soft power in Russia in the 21 st century,and deepens the academic circle’s in-depth thinking on improving the country’s soft power. |
