As a neighbor of China,Japan has close economic and cultural exchanges with China, and both of them belong to the cultural circle of Chinese characters with deep linguistic and cultural origins. With the increasingly close exchanges between China and Japan, the cooperation between Chinese and Japanese enterprises is also increasing. Many Japanese multinational companies send staff to China for work. They need to learn Chinese for the convenience of communication and management. Therefore, the amount of Chinese learners with Japanese as their mother tongue is also growing. The mode of business people learning Chinese is basically one-on-one teaching which is more flexible than class teaching. It is also more suitable for Chinese learners with different levels.Negative expression is the high-frequency daily expression that almost all Chinese beginners must learn.Among them,"不" and "没" are the two most common negative words in Chinese. There are many differences between negative words in Chinese and Japanese. In the process of learning Chinese, learners who take Japanese as their mother tongue will make various errors due to negative transfer of mother tongue, generalization of target language, interference of other media languages and many other factors. Therefore, this topic is deserved to be researched. This paper is a basic research and divided into five parts. The first chapter is the introduction, which describes the purpose, significance, relevant research status, research content, methods and objectives of this research. The second chapter is the comparative analysis of negative words, including the differences between "不" and "没" themselves and the differences between "不" "没" and "ない".Both of the two analyses contain three aspects——semantics, pragmatics and grammatical functions, laying a foundation for the later analysis of the causes of Japanese students’ errors. The third chapter is the pre-test part of teaching, which carries out a questionnaire survey on the use of the negative words "不" and "没" by Japanese employees. At the same time, the result of the survey was analyzed. The fourth chapter is error analysis. The incorrect corpus of the two negative words "不" and "没" used by students in the class and daily life were collected.Based on the analysis of the questionnaire results and these incorrect corpus, the type of students’ errors can be divided into five aspects: the position errors of "不" and "没",the misuse of "不" and "没",the wrong use of "了" in "不/没+V 了" phrase, the wrong addition of "了" in Affirmative-Negative question sentences and the improper use of fixed expression of negative words. The fifth chapter is a teaching design based on the errors of Japanese employees, and then tests the effectiveness of the teaching design through the implementation of the post-teaching test. Finally, some teaching reflections are drawn from the teaching practice to provide some references for teachers.
