The graduation project library seat management system "Seat Steward" is a functional product for one-stop seat reservation and management for college stude nts nationwide,aiming to assist university libraries in optimizing seat resource all ocation.Based on a deep understanding of the needs and characteristics of unive rsity student groups,combined with modern service models online and offline,so lutions are proposed to address the problems of low efficiency in seat resource u tilization and frequent student seat occupancy in university libraries.The work consists of two parts:a mobile app called ’Seat Manager’ and a s upporting hardware product called ’Magnetic Lock’.The mobile "Seat Steward" m ini program includes real-time viewing of seat resources in university libraries,v arious seat reservation services,personalized seat screening services with multiple conditions,and a shift from "librarian centered" seat resource management servic es to "student centered" seat resource management services.The intelligent hardw are "magnetic lock" is a hardware device that is respectively fixed on the side o f library tables and chairs,and adsorbs or unlocks the seats through system com mands.The principle of electromagnetic induction is applied to generate a magne tic field when powered on,and to eliminate the magnetic field when powered of f,achieving the two main functions of locking and unlocking.This paper comprehensively elaborates on the creative process of the softwar e and hardware product "Library Seat Management System".The first part elabor ates on the reasons,significance,research and creative status both domestically a nd internationally for the topic selection.The second part discusses the prelimina ry research and preparation work,specifically using questionnaire survey method,user interview method,and case analysis method to conduct user research and co mpetitor analysis,and proposing a pioneering and innovative design plan.The thi rd part presents the specific creation and design process of the work,specifically elaborates the information architecture,Interaction design and visual performance of the "Seat Steward" applet,as well as the function,structure,material,appear ance design and other contents of the intelligent hardware "magnetic lock".
