According to domestic survey data,the art and design majors established in comprehensive colleges and universities account for 94.87% of the total number of majors established.As the teaching characteristics of art and design majors and the management mode of polytechnics in comprehensive colleges and universities have certain conflicts,which are mainly reflected in: the essence of professional pursuit is different,art and design majors pursue diversity and personalization,while the management mode of polytechnics pursues unification and standardization;subject teaching files There are many different kinds of teaching files,and the collection and arrangement work is heavy.The lack of an exclusive teaching management mode makes the development of teaching in art and design majors easy to be restricted.Meanwhile in the general environment of the epidemic,online teaching becomes the status quo.Due to the inappropriate teaching management mode and the physical isolation between teachers and students,the teaching of art and design majors is more traumatic,the effect of teaching communication and creative guidance is affected,and the individual students’ time concept is not strong and their learning motivation decreases.This design aims to change the status quo of the lack of digital teaching management of art and design majors under comprehensive colleges and universities,to respond positively to the policy requirement of strengthening management services to educate people,and to improve the practicality of teaching activities of art and design majors under comprehensive colleges and universities.This paper uses APP design practice as the entry point for research,based on how to provide personalised teaching services for teaching subjects,how to improve the collection rate of teaching resources in art and design,and how to assist in facilitating communication and interaction between teaching subjects.Overall,the work and outcomes accomplished in this paper are the following four aspects:(1)Common management dilemma analysis,through the collation and analysis of literature and information,there is a general cognitive and macro direction determination based on the teaching and learning management APP of art and design majors in comprehensive universities.(2)Catch the typical auxiliary analysis,select the same type of APP which can get first-hand resources and has been used online,combine with the behavioural principles to conduct design analysis.Interpret the APP from the functional architecture and interactive interface design,through analyzing the usability of its functional architecture,understanding the starting and ending points of its data collection and information exchange links;analyzing the problems in the interface design that make people confused and difficult to understand;analyzing the user needs reflected in the user questionnaire,and summarizing the improvement direction of user experience;thus having more In this way,a more specific design direction is determined.(3)Based on the art and design profession’s focus on the cultivation of individual characteristics,the functional information architecture is reconstructed to achieve the goal of management-assisted teaching.(4)Based on design direction and demand guidance,combined with the design principles of emotional design,action stage transformation interaction design and workload reduction,beautifying teaching data,providing a complete solution for the transformation of teaching management APP of art and design majors in comprehensive universities from functional to hybrid,from blank process teaching management to process data collection and achieving exclusive creation records.
