Analysis Of The Artistic Characteristics And Singing Of The Excerpt "Love Song" From The Opera "Cang Yuan”

The Chinese opera "Cang Yuan",which was premiered at Liaoning Opera House,is a monument in the history of Chinese opera.The opera is based on the true history of the return of the Turkoi tribe from Tsarist Russia to the Chinese Tianshan Mountains and combines the art of Western opera with traditional Chinese culture to create a classic opera that has spread its fame for a long time.The "Love Song" is a soprano aria that not only drives the development of the storyline but also conveys the characters’ emotions in a deep and heartfelt way.The purpose of this paper is to better create a second interpretation of this opera on the stage through an artistic analysis of the opera "Cang Yuan" and an analysis of the singing of the "Love Song",and to show the charm of Chinese classic opera.
