Satisfaction Optimization Research Of Rural Communities Public Cultural Services In Dajingshan County

From 2014 to 2023,the Opinions of the CPC Central Committee and The State Council on Comprehensively Promoting Rural Revitalization all highlighted the development of rural area culture.The rural communities of Dajingshan County in Yichun City actively responded to the national policy to promote public cultural services,effectively implement the work task of enriching the cultural life of rural community residents,and meet their cultural needs.This study in Yichun city Heilongjiang province as the research area,the rural community public cultural services as the main object.This study use literature research,questionnaire and interview,and statistical analysis.By reading the literature and defining the concepts related to rural communities,public cultural services and rural community public cultural services involved in the study.The main theories applied in this study are good governance theory,collaborative governance theory and social interaction theory.First using the method of literature analysis of Dajingshan County and the county rural community to get a preliminary understanding,combined with theoretical knowledge and practical research design,distribution and recycling the questionnaire,through the combination of questionnaires and interviews,know the residents of the community to provide public cultural services "importance and satisfaction" real attitude.Then author use SPSS Statistics to calculate and process the data obtained by the questionnaire by statistical analysis method,and conduct IPA analysis which based on the results of "Importance and Satisfaction" in the questionnaire and draw charts.The public cultural services in rural communities in Dajingshan County have the advantages of good mass foundation,rich cultural resources and high satisfaction in cultural activities.Based on the information obtained from relevant literature and interviews,the problems exist in the rura communities public cultural service in Dajingshan County as follows: insufficient investment of public cultural service,limited participation of multiple subjects,low utilization rate of public cultural infrastructure construction,structural imbalance of supply;planning of cultural activities lack of innovation and diversity awareness and seasonal imbalance;poor service awareness and service ability of staff.Next,theoretical knowledge is used to analyze the causes of these problems,and to discuss the restricting factors in the development of public cultural services in rural communities in Dajingshan County.Finally,according to the actual situation of Dajingshan County,applying correlation theories to optimize the public cultural service of rural communities in Dajingshan County as follows: paying attention to the role of collaborative governance of multiple subjects,guiding the subjects to actively participate in cultural construction toexpress their ideas fully;making full use of local high-quality cultural resources and relieving the capital pressure income,improving infrastructure hardware layout,developing regional characteristics,creating diversified brand activities,building professional talents with standardized and service consciousness,and playing the key role of "active youth" to drive the development of public cultural services in rural communities.Through the above measures to optimize the rural community public cultural services,hoping residents’ satisfaction on cultural services may improve,meeting the cultural needs of Dajingshan County residents,and promoting the development of Dajingshan County rural spiritual civilization.These measures can provide useful reference for the cultural services and cultural development of rural communities with similar situations,meanwhile jointly help the construction of rural civilization.
