Analysis Of The Impact Of Government Subsidies On The Performance Of Animation Enterprises

In the national strategic emerging industry development plan of the 13 th five year plan,China advocated the construction of a new system of modern cultural industry and took the lead in clearly putting forward the concept of "digital creative industry".In recent years,various departments have launched relevant government subsidy policies to encourage the development of animation.There are various subsidy methods,the amount of subsidies reached record highs.Therefore,the impact of government subsidies on the performance of animation enterprises has research value.What kind of impact government subsidies will have on animation companies is necessary to carry out in-depth analysis and research,which is also the main point of this research.Firstly,this paper introduces the research background and research framework,and combs the literature and theories related to government subsidies.The purpose and types of government subsidy policies in the animation industry are then sorted out.The government provides subsidies for the animation industry to encourage animation companies to launch more high-quality works,promote industrial integration based on animation IP,and encourage companies to develop and innovate.This paper analyzes the impact of government subsidies on the animation industry from two levels.Firstly,it analyzes the impact of government subsidies on financial performance;Secondly,it analyzes the impact of government subsidies on the level of policy effects,mainly including innovation ability,industrial integration and social performance,also analyze the impact of government subsidies.The research results show that government subsidies improve the short-term financial performance of animation enterprises,but the improvement of long-term performance is not obvious;the innovation ability of enterprises does not change much after receiving government subsidies;government subsidies improve the government effect index of animation enterprises.Based on this,this paper puts forward suggestions:(1)After receiving government subsidies,enterprises should improve their main business capacity and avoid dependence;(2)Enterprises should cultivate innovative thinking and actively invest in R&D;(3)Record and monitor the government subsidy funds.
