Culture is the blood of a country and a nation,and it is the spiritual homeland of the people.The excellent traditional Chinese culture nurtured by the Chinese nation’s more than 5,000 years of civilization history has accumulated the deepest spiritual pursuit of the Chinese nation and represents the unique spiritual identity of the Chinese nation."The Resolution of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China on the Major Achievements and Historical Experience of the Party over the Past Century" adopted by the Sixth Plenary Session of the 19 th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China emphasizes that "China’s fine traditional culture is a prominent strength of our nation that enables us to gain a firm footing amidst global cultural interaction.We must adapt to new conditions so that we can carry on our traditional culture in the new era." Since The 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the Party Central Committee with Comrade Xi Jinping as the core has attached great importance to the inheritance and development of China’s excellent traditional culture,put forward the firm "Cultural Confidence" from the height of the overall situation of socialism with Chinese characteristics and incorporated it into the "Four Matters of Confidence" of socialism with Chinese characteristics,and highlighted the mission and responsibility of the times to adhere to the position of Chinese culture and promote the creative transformation and innovative development of China’s excellent traditional culture.As one of the core concepts in China’s excellent traditional culture,the feeling of home and country has condensed the value pursuit of the Chinese nation "Heart of loyalty has always been a home country" for thousands of years.It is not only the unique spiritual identity and cultural genes of the Chinese nation,but also a powerful spiritual force to strive to realize the Chinese dream of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.Looking back at the 5,000-year history of the Chinese nation,the "homeland spirit" germinated in the myths and legends of the ancient period,which combined the demands of personal development with the demands of social progress,inspiring the sons and daughters of China to cross one pass and step over a hurdle,and since then it has become part of the "cultural gene" of the Chinese nation and continues to this day.At the beginning of 2020,a sudden new crown pneumonia epidemic swept the world,seriously threatening people’s lives and health.Under the correct leadership of Central Committee of the Communist Party of China,the whole country is playing a game of chess,the sons and daughters of China are watching out for each other,and they are in the same boat through thick and thin,and the feelings of home and country in China’s excellent traditional culture have once again burst out a strong cohesive force and become the spiritual guarantee for achieving major victories in the fight against the epidemic.So,what is the cultural origin of the feeling of home and country? Why has the feeling of home and country become a unique genetic code of Chinese culture?
