| With the continuous development of variety shows in China,the form and content of reality shows are constantly innovating.At present,domestic reality shows have been transformed from simple entertainment and interest to humanistic feelings,bringing different visual and spiritual impact to the audience.Food culture is one of the main traditional cultures in China.Throughout the whole country,food is famous at home and abroad as a desirable direction for people.As a reality food show,Chinese Restaurant spreads excellent food culture through the production of Chinese food and cultural integration,creating a dual visual and gustation experience for the audience.Moreover,In the process of continuous updating,Chinese Restaurant combines culture with slow variety of experience,which not only brings fresh experience to the audience,but also meets the spiritual needs of the audience in a high-pressure environment.This paper focuses on the development of "Chinese Restaurant" and the spread of food culture for detailed analysis,mainly divided into five chapters.The first chapter analyzes the research background and purpose of Spreading Chinese traditional culture based on food in Chinese Restaurant.In the process of analysis,reasonable research methods are used and the main purpose of the study is elaborated.The second chapter studies the specific content from the first to the fifth seasons of Chinese Restaurant.Firstly,it expounds the background and development process of the program.Secondly,through the investigation and research program viewing situation and external influence;Finally,a substantive analysis of the program to find out the difficulties in the dissemination process of the program and the means to break out.The third chapter analyzes the external communication significance of Chinese food culture and finds out the characteristics and significance of "Chinese Restaurant" in the communication of fine culture.The fourth chapter analyzes the external communication strategy of Chinese food culture,and finds out the ways and channels of the external communication of Chinese Restaurant and what humanistic spirit is reflected.The author hopes that through the analysis of the American program "Chinese Restaurant",more readers will realize the extensive and profound Chinese food culture. |
