The development of archival cultural resources refers to the development of archives and archival collections of various carriers and forms with significant cultural value,public welfare or industrial value and available for development and use by various development entities,which are processed according to different cultural needs,formed into cultural products or cultural services,and provided to the society through various ways.The process of creating social and economic benefits by providing them to society in various ways.Among them,microfilm,as a new form of archival cultural resources development,has the characteristics of novel form,wide dissemination,and quick social and economic benefits,which has attracted more and more attention.This paper explores the development of archival cultural resources from the theoretical point of view based on the technical approach of microfilm and relevant practices,with a view to expanding the form of archival development,realizing archival cultural values,raising social archival awareness,promoting cultural exchanges and enhancing cultural self-confidence.The paper consists of the following five parts:The introduction part: It mainly discusses the background and significance of the topic,research overview,research ideas and methods,innovations and difficulties of the research.The second part: Overview of the development of archival cultural resources based on microfilm.It explains and differentiates the concepts of archival development,archival resources development and archival cultural resources development on the one hand,explains and defines the concepts of microfilm and archival microfilm on the other hand,and introduces the characteristics of archival microfilm.The third part: Analysis of the results of archival cultural resources development based on microfilm.It summarizes and compares the archival microfilm development results collected so far,summarizes the problems,and analyzes the reasons for the problems from three aspects: passive archival development subjects,insufficient investment,and insufficient publicity.The fourth part: A case study on the development of archival cultural resources based on micro-films.A case study on the micro-film "Red Trilogy" produced by the Qingdao Municipal Archives,which introduces the basic contents of the three stories of the "Red Trilogy" and discusses how the three films integrate the relevant archives with the microfilm from the perspective of archival elements and how archivists play a role in and out of the drama.The fifth part: Strategies and paths for the development of archival cultural resources based on microfilm.The measures for archival cultural resources development are proposed in four aspects: establishing a sound archival cultural resources development system,giving full play to the initiative of archival development subjects,grasping the key points of archival cultural resources development,and actively grasping the steady archival development and publicity work;microscopically,a path map for archival cultural resources development from the perspective of microfilm is established in eight aspects: determining the theme,raising funds,forming a team,filming tools,selecting locations,filming plan,post-production,and summarizing and communicating. |
