A Research On The Archival Method Of Intangible Cultural Heritage Protection In Weifang District

This paper has elucidated the concept,significance, and measures of archival protection of intangible cultural heritage. The archives are the first hand information to research intangible cultural heritage,and also the foundation of the protection and the utilization of them. That general survey, establishing archives and constructing the database which based on the archives of the intangible cultural heritage are effective measures conforming to the requirement of the reality.The archival protection of the intangible cultural heritage includes not only the static saving, but also the updating of the archives in time,and the moderate development.We should take different measures to protect and use the intangible cultural heritage according to the characteristics of them.The archival protection of the intangible cultural heritage involves three aspects: the establishing,saving, utilizing of the archives.This paper has introduced the now general situation and the prospect of the archival protection of the intangible cultural heritage of Weifang area.The author insists that Weifang area has rich cultural resources, and achieves lots of performance,otherwise,many problems exist in the related work.Weifang government should perfect the work mechanism of archival protection of the intangible cultural heritage, establish the joint working mechanism of all departments and work plans, improve the corresponding supporting facilities to ensure that the archival protection implements effectively,such as protecting of intangible cultural heritage, improving the collection, innovating the management functions of archives. For the archival protection of intangible cultural heritage of Weifang area,this paper illustrates three aspects as the following:General survey,establish archives; construct the database; utilize the archives.Via the research of the protection of intangible cultural heritage of Weifang area, we can provide certain reference to other areas. This is the innovation and practical value of this paper.This paper inevitably exists some shortcomings because of the limitations of the material I can get and the self ability to research.
