Research On Linked And Integrated Data Resources For Chinese Intangible Cultural Heritage

Intangible cultural heritage is an important manifestation of traditional culture.China has actively promoted the protection of intangible cultural heritage,constructed a four-level intangible cultural heritage protection system,and has become the country with the largest number of intangible cultural heritage lists in the United Nations.However,in the process of intangible cultural heritage protection,the intangible cultural heritage digital resources built and released by various institutions have the problems of scattered resources and difficulty in integration,and it is easy to form data islands.With the development and application of technologies such as the Semantic Web and Linked Data,data resource will become a way of linking and sharing resources.Transform intangible cultural heritage digital resources into data resources,and establish semantic relations among various resources in the intangible cultural heritage field,which can provide users with associated and integrated resources services,improve the utilization rate of intangible cultural heritage resources,and provide data basis support for intangible cultural heritage protection and research.First,this study analyzes the relevant theories,clarifies the connotation of integration and related concepts,and summarizes the theoretical research and practice of information resource integration.The related integration model,standard specification,and practice in the field of cultural heritage are also summarized.Secondly,based on analyzing the present situation and summing up the problems of the construction of intangible cultural heritage digital resources in China,this paper discusses the necessity of converting into data and integration of intangible cultural heritage resources,and constructs the framework of intangible cultural heritage data resources integration.Thirdly,according to the conceptual model of intangible cultural heritage data resources,the description framework of intangible cultural heritage data resources is designed,the components and core words of the description framework are determined.The relevant intangible cultural heritage project data and intangible cultural heritage subject website resource data in Sichuan Province are collected,and the traditional thesaurus is reformed,and the subject concepts related to intangible cultural heritage are regarded as the data of the intangible cultural heritage concept system,in order to collate and code all the acquired data.a.Finally,Wikibase,which is owned by Wiki Media,is used as the publishing tool of intangible cultural heritage data resources to upload the intangible cultural heritage data in accordance with the description specification,and the data resource integration retrieval is carried out in the retrieval service port of Wikibase.Wikibase can provide users with data services,such as browsing and retrieval has realized the integration of multi-source data,and constructing semantic association between the entity data resources,support different dimensions of semantic services,including the semantic relation of intangible data retrieval,intangible resources browsing service,at the same time in retrieval service port supports a variety of visualization analysis technology.This association integration application spans data of different institutions and types,helps users discover semantic associations between resource entities,and provides possibilities for knowledge innovation of intangible cultural heritage data resources.In addition,Wikibase supports data supplement,modification,and improvement in a collaborative way,so that users can participate in the data update of intangible cultural heritage projects and the construction of resource attributes.Through the study,it is found that the intangible cultural heritage data resource set released in the form of linked data can effectively realize the creation of semantic association and integration services among resources,and the design of data resource association integration framework provides reference for the integration and integration of digital resources in the field of cultural heritage.However,there are still some deficiencies in the research on the linked and integrated data resources for intangible cultural heritage.It is necessary to further expand the existing description scheme for the semantic association of data resources,and construct the concept system of intangible cultural heritage subject according to the thematic association among resources.In terms of resource integration,data comprehensiveness is also insufficient.In the next step,more intangible cultural heritage data should be added.Comprehensive data integration is conducive to fully revealing the semantic relationship among intangible cultural heritage data resources and building the linked and integrated data resources for intangible cultural heritage.
