| This article summarizes and selects 47 groups of synonymous mono-and double-syllable adverbs containing the same morpheme from The Graded Chinese Syllables,and according to the classification of degree adverbs of ZhangYisheng,and determine 6 groups of Monosyllabic and Disyllabic Adverbs of degree with the same Morpheme.This article compares degree adverbs from three aspects:grammatical function,semantic function and pragmatic function.In terms of syntactic structure,there are certain differences in sentence pattern selection,syllable collocation,and word collocation for homomorphic monosyllabic and double syllable degree adverbs.In terms of sentence pattern selection,double-syllable words are generally stronger than mono-syllable words;in syllable collocation,Single-syllable words are more flexible than double-syllable words;On collocation,double-syllable words have stronger collocation ability.In terms of semantics,they are mainly different in semantic content,semantic features and semantic function.Pragmatics mainly include differences in style,frequency of use,and emotional color.The analysis found that:double-syllable words tend to be more in written style;mono-syllable words are generally used more frequently for two-syllable words;most adverbs of degree modify praise words,and less modify derogatory words.Finally,according to the analysis of The Graded Chinese Syllables,we put forward corresponding suggestions for Chinese teaching.Firstly,we must clarify the type of construction,and teach according to the construction that the degree adverb can enter;Secondly,we must pay attention to the comparative analysis between Chinese and foreign;Third,we ought to take note of the collocation of words to help students clarify the combination of words;Fourth,we must strengthen context teaching to help students learn to use the vocabulary they learn in actual communication scenarios. |
