Objective: By observing the clinical effect of wrist-ankle acupuncture on postoperative pain after milligan-morgan hemorrhoidectomy of mixed hemorrhoids.The pain scores,pain-related symptoms and quality of life scores at each time point after the application of wrist-ankle acupuncture were evaluated to evaluate the efficacy,so as to provide a basis for the treatment of postoperative pain.Methods: In this study,a total of 80 patients with grade II-IV mixed hemorrhoids who met the inclusion criteria were selected,and the patients were divided into treatment group and control group by the method of randomized control.Two group patients were used in lumbar hemp(subarachnoid block anesthesia)in the way of anesthesia downlink mixed hemorrhoid Milligan-Morgan.Postoperative were given routine postoperative care,treatment group was given wrist-ankle acupuncture on both6 area sides,on the basis of compound paracetamol tablets,and control group was given compound paracetamol tablets.Observed after 3 to 5 days before and after treatment for 5 min,30 min,60 min of NRS score,and the pain-related symptom scores(anal belly,anal edema,defecation,stool properties)and quality of life scores(sleep quality,micturition,emotion,activity level),data collection is completed separately carries on the statistical analysis.Results: 1.Both the treatment group and the control group showed significant improvement in postoperative pain of mixed hemorrhoids,and the treatment group was better than the control group(P<0.05);2.In the treatment group,there was statistical significance in improving postoperative anal swelling(P<0.05),there was no significant difference in postoperative anal edema,defecation and fecal traits in the treatment group(P>0.05);3.The sleep quality and limb mobility of the treatment group were better than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion: 1.Wrist-ankle acupuncture combined with compound acetaminophen tablets can effectively relieve postoperative pain symptoms of mixed hemorrhoids;2.The analgesic effect of wrist and ankle acupuncture combined with analgesic drugs is stronger than that of analgesic drugs alone,and the effect is faster.3.Compared with the control group,the treatment group can more effectively relieve the feeling of anal swelling in patients after surgery.4.The therapeutic effect of improving postoperative sleep therapy and limb mobility in the treatment group was significantly better than that in the control group.5.Anxiety will aggravate the occurrence of postoperative complications.
