Objective: To observe the effects of family participatory management on the quality of life, anxiety and depression in patients with non-valvular atrial fibrillation(AF),so as to provide certain theoretical basis for the management mode of patients with non-valvular AF,and further improve the management mode of patients with non-valvular AF.Methods: A total of 120 patients with non-valvular AF who met the inclusion criteria in the outpatient and inpatient departments of the First Affiliated Hospital of Jiamusi University from December 2021 to August 2022 were selected. All participants were randomly assigned to the control group(60 cases)and the study group(60 cases)on the premise of signing written informed consent.First, the quality of life, anxiety and depression at baseline were scored with the 36-item short-form health survey(SF-36),the self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)and the self-rating depression scale(SDS),After which the patients with non-valvular AF were routinely followed up as usual, while the study group received family participatory management. After 3 months of management,SF-36,SAS and SDS scores were performed on the enrolled patients again. Finally, according to the results of SF-36,SAS and SDS scores before and after management, the quality of life, anxiety and depression levels of the study group and the control group were calculated. Then, the changes before and after management of the control group and the study group were analyzed, and the differences between the two groups after management were compared.Results:1.Comparison of baseline characteristics between the control group and the study group:The mean age of patients in the control group was(68.62±9.21)years,with 23 females and 37 males. The mean age of patients in the study group was(68.55±9.71)years,with 31 females and29 males. There was no significant difference in age and gender between the two groups(P>0.05),indicating that the two groups were comparable. In addition,in the control group, the mean age of family members was(50.02±11.14)years,with 32 females and 28 males. The mean age of family members in the study group was(50.80±9.94)years,with 38 females and 22 males. There was no significant difference in age and gender between the two groups(P>0.05),indicating that the two groups were comparable.2.Comparison of SF-36 scores between the control group and the study group: There was no significant difference in SF-36 scores between the two groups before management(P>0.05),indicating comparability. After 3 months of management, the scores of 8 dimensions in SF-36 scores of patients in control group and study group were improved compared with those before management, with statistical significance(P<0.05).The scores of the study group in five dimensions of physical function, social function, mental health, vitality and health concept were higher than those of the control group, with statistical significance(P<0.05),while the scores of the three dimensions of physiological function, physical pain and emotional function were slightly higher than those of the control group, with no statistical significance(P>0.05).3.Comparison of SAS and SDS scores between the control group and the study group: There was no statistical significance in SAS and SDS scores between the two groups before management(P>0.05),indicating comparability. After 3 months of management,SAS and SDS scores of two groups were lower than before management, with statistical significance(P<0.05).The SAS and SDS scores of the study group were lower than those of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:1.Family participation management on the basis of routine follow-up management can improve the quality of life of patients with non-valvular AF,especially in the five dimensions of physical function, social function, mental health, vitality and health concept.2.Family participation management based on routine follow-up management can improve the anxiety and depression of patients with non-valvular AF.
