| Objective(s):Explore the effects of aerobic exercise combined with resistance exercise on dialysis adequacy,nutritional and microinflammatory status,metabolic indexes,cardiac function,exercise ability and other physical functions in peritoneal dialysis patients.Methods: A total of 58 patients diagnosed with end-stage renal disease and diagnosed with PD in the Department of Renal Medicine of the xx Hospital from December 2021 to December 2022 were selected as research objects.The patients were randomly divided into control group(n=30)and intervention group(n=28).The control group received basic drug treatment.In the intervention group,exercise training was added to aerobic exercise combined with anti-group exercise on the basis of drug therapy.The dialysis adequacy,nutritional and microinflammatory status,metabolic indexes,cardiac function,exercise ability,mental state and other physical functions of the two groups were compared before and 6 months after intervention.Results: After 6 months of routine treatment combined with exercise,the dialysis adequacy of the intervention group was higher than that before treatment(P<0.05).Triglyceride and serum iron levels were higher than those before treatment(P<0.05).Interleukin-6 and high-sensitive C-reactive protein were decreased compared with those before treatment(P<0.05).The scores of subjective nutrition scale and self-rating depression scale were improved compared with those before treatment(P<0.05).The plasma albumin and 6-minute walking tests showed an upward trend,while the systolic and diastolic blood pressure showed a downward trend,but the difference was not statistically significant.After 6 months of conventional treatment,compared with before treatment,plasma albumin,prealbumin and hemoglobin in control group were decreased(P<0.05).Fasting blood glucose was higher than that before treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion(s):The exercise training mode of aerobic exercise combined with resistance exercise for 6 months can improve the dialysis adequacy and KT/V level of PD patients.For PD patients,hs-CRP and IL-6 levels were decreased,ALB levels were improved,and microinflammatory state and nutrition-inflammation complex syndrom(MICS)were further improved.Improve the nutritional and psychological status of PD patients,and reduce the depression of PD patients. |
