| Higher medical education is a major program of national planning,people’s livelihood,university science,and major.The quality and level of its development are directly related to people’s health and national prosperity,and it is increasingly receiving attention and attention from the country.In national policies,documents such as the “Opinions of the General Office of the State Council on Deepening the Coordination of Medical Education and Further Promoting the Reform and Development of Medical Education” and the“Guiding Opinions of the General Office of the State Council on Accelerating the Innovative Development of Medical Education” have proposed reform requirements for relevant elements such as enrollment and training systems in undergraduate medical education.The academic system of higher medical education stipulates the nature,tasks,admission conditions,years of study,and connections between schools at different stages of medical education.Based on the social needs of different historical periods,the training objectives are different,and the academic system of medical education is also dynamically changing.The continuous development and improvement of the academic system can not only ensure the implementation of medical education policies and objectives from a systemic perspective,but also directly affect the quality of medical talent cultivation and the development of medical science.At present,there are different interpretations and studies on the concepts and connotations related to higher medical education.It is necessary to clarify the development of basic concepts and academic systems,in order to provide ideas for deepening the current medical education reform and the development of medical education in the 21 st century.This study helps to clarify the connotation of modern medical education and enrich theoretical research on the academic system of modern medical education.It helps to grasp the overall evolution trend of the medical education system,provide theoretical basis for the reform of the medical education system,and provide reference for improving the quality of medical talent cultivation..This study takes the evolution of the school system of modern medical education as the main research object,and uses the methods of literature research,historical research and comparative research to deeply analyze the concept of the school system of modern medical education,the evolution process,the characteristics of the school system evolution and the enlightenment for future medical education.In addition to the introduction,the paper consists of four portions:The first chapter mainly introduces the background of the establishment of the Renyin and Guimao educational systems during the late Qing Dynasty,as well as the regulations related to medical education;The second chapter mainly introduces the educational system of Renzi and Guichou,Renxu,and the background of the revision of the educational system in the Jiefang District and the requirements of medical education in the Republic of China;The third chapter mainly focuses on the innovation and development of the educational system after the establishment of the People’s Republic of China in 1949,organizing the background of the evolution of the educational system and relevant policies for medical education;Chapter 4 mainly discusses the characteristics and influencing factors of the evolution of modern medical education system,and ultimately focuses on the reference and inspiration of the evolution of modern medical education system for medical education in China.The evolution characteristics of various elements of the academic system are: the length of study has shifted from transplantation to localization,the curriculum has changed from single to diverse,the admission conditions have changed from autonomy to unity,the evaluation scope has changed from single to multi-dimensional,and the medical education stage has been systematically connected.Among the influencing factors,it is believed that in the development and changes of social system,economic development,cultural ideology,medical science,international education,military activities(special periods),the school system also undergoes corresponding changes to meet the development needs of society.In historical experience,it is believed that modern medical education should adapt to the needs of social development,follow the laws of educational development,reflect scientific development trends,adapt to international educational development trends,and integrate the progress of modern technology.This article provides a historical perspective and ideas for the development and reform of the modern medical education system,striving to provide theoretical and practical basis for the cultivation of medical talents and the reform of the system in China at the current stage. |
