Clinical Observation Of Qishen Yiqi Dropping Pills On Patients With Chronic Heart Failure Complicated With Hypotension

Objective:Under the standard treatment plan for heart failure,to explore the clinical efficacy and safety of Qishen Yiqi dripping pills in patients with chronic heart failure complicated with hypotension.Methods:From September 2021 to September 2022,60 inpatients with chronic heart failure and hypotension who were diagnosed in the Department of Cardiology,Shanxi Provincial People’s Hospital were recruited as research objects.They were randomly divided into two groups:the experimental group(n= 30 cases)and the control group(n=30 cases).Both groups were given standardized treatment.The experimental group was given Qishen Yiqi dripping pill 0.5 g 3 times a day.After two weeks of treatment,changes in blood pressure,N-terminal pro-brain natriuretic peptide(NT-pro BNP),left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF),and quality of life(KCCQ)scores before and after treatment were observed in both groups,and the differences in blood pressure,NT-pro BNP,LVEF,and KCCQ scores after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results:1.The baseline characteristics of the experimental group and the control group,including gender,age,weight,height,BMI,heart rate,systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure,alanine aminotransferase,aspartate aminotransferase,blood creatinine,blood potassium,blood sodium,LVEF,NT-pro BNP,NYHA cardiac function class,KCCQ score,past history,heart failure medication history,and baseline characteristics showed no significant difference(P>0.05).2.After two weeks of treatment,compared with their own levels before treatment,the blood pressure and KCCQ score were significantly increased,while the level of NT-pro BNP was significantly decreased(P<0.05).After two weeks of treatment,compared with the control group,the experimental group had no significant changes in NT-pro BNP and LVEF levels(P>0.05),but the increase in blood pressure and KCCQ score was more significant(P<0.05).3.During the 2-week treatment with Qishen Yiqi Dropping Pills,no adverse drug reactions were observed in the experimental group.Conclusion:Patients with chronic heart failure and hypotension were treated with combined therapy of Qishen Yiqi Dripping Pills(0.5g three times/day)for two weeks on the basis of standard heart failure treatment.The experiment found that Qishen Yiqi Dripping Pills can help improve blood pressure and quality of life in patients,but no significant differences were observed in LVEF and NT-pro BNP.
