| ObjectiveTo explore the clinical efficacy of compound motherwort cream combined with Kangfuxiaoyan suppository in treating insufficiency of drug flow,and evaluate its effectiveness in reducing the adverse outcome of insufficiency of drug flow,so as to provide data support for the treatment of insufficiency of drug flow and better protect female reproductive health.MethodsFrom March 1st,2020 to October 31 st,2022,120 patients with incomplete drug flow in our hospital were randomly divided into Leonuri herba group,Kangfuxiaoyan suppository group and combined medication group,with 40 cases in each group.Leonuri herba group was treated with compound motherwort cream,Kangfuxiaoyan suppository group was treated with Kangfuxiaoyan suppository for rectum,and combined medication group was treated with compound motherwort cream combined with Kangfuxiaoyan suppository for rectum for 14 days.Before and after treatment,vaginal bleeding,serumβ-HCG,blood routine,CRP,maximum diameter of intrauterine pregnancy residue,uterine artery blood flow signal(PI,RI),Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA),menstrual cycle,endometrial thickness in the middle menstruation,menstrual volume and uterine clearance rate were observed,and the therapeutic effects of the three groups were compared.ResultsBefore treatment:There was no significant difference in age,pregnancy,parity,menstrual cycle,menopause days,serum β-HCG,blood routine,CRP,maximum diameter of intrauterine pregnancy residue,uterine artery blood flow signal(PI,RI),HAMA factor score among the three groups(p> 0.05).After treatment:1.The serum β-HCG: The serum β-HCG levels of the three groups showed a downward trend,but the decrease of the combined medication group was greater than that of Leonuri herba group and Kangfuxiaoyan suppository group,and there was a statistical difference(p<0.05).There was no statistical difference between Kangfuxiaoyan suppository group and Leonuri herba group(p>0.05).2.Blood routine and CRP: The white blood cell count and CRP in Kangfuxiaoyan suppository group and combined medication group were significantly lower than those in Leonuri herba group,and the difference was statistically significant(p<0.05);There was no statistical difference in hemoglobin among the three groups(p>0.05).3.The vaginal bleeding time: Compared with Leonuri herba group,the vaginal bleeding time of Kangfuxiaoyan suppository group and combined medication group was significantly shortened,and there was a statistical difference(p<0.05);There was no statistical difference between the Kangfuxiaoyan suppository group and combined medication group(p>0.05).4.The residual tissue in the uterine cavity: Compared with Leonuri herba group and Kangfuxiaoyan suppository group,the maximum diameter of intrauterine pregnancy residue in combined medication group was significantly reduced,and the blood flow signal(PI,RI)of uterine artery was significantly increased,all of which had statistical difference(p<0.05).Compared with Leonuri herba group,Kangfuxiaoyan suppository group had no statistical difference(p>0.05).5.Menstruation recovery: Compared with Leonuri herba group and Kangfuxiaoyan suppository group,the combined medication group had shorter menstrual cycle recovery time,faster menstrual cycle recovery and higher endometrial thickness in the middle menstrual period after menstrual cycle recovery,all of which had statistical difference(p<0.05).Compared with Leonuri herba group,Kangfuxiaoyan suppository group had no statistical difference(p>0.05);Compared with Leonuri herba group,the amount of first menstruation after menstruation regain tidal current in combined medication group was basically the same with the amount of previous menstruation,and there was a statistical difference(p<0.05);There was no statistical difference between Kangfuxiaoyan suppository group and Leonuri herba group and combined medication group(p>0.05).6.The aspect of psychological: The score of HAMA factor in the combined medication group was significantly lower than that in the Leonuri herba group,and there was a statistical difference(p<0.05);There was no statistical difference between Kangfuxiaoyan suppository group and Leonuri herba group(p>0.05).There was no statistical difference between Kangfuxiaoyan suppository group and combined medication group(p>0.05).7.The rate of clearing uterus: The rate of clearing uterus in combined medication group was 5.00%,which was significantly lower than that of Leonuri herba group(20.00%)and Kangfuxiaoyan suppository group(22.50%),the difference was statistically significant(p<0.05);There was no statistical difference between Kangfuxiaoyan suppository group and Leonuri herba group(p>0.05);The effective rate was 95.00% in combined medication group,80.00% in Leonuri herba group and 77.50% in Kangfuxiaoyan suppository group.The effective rate in combined medication group was significantly higher than that in Leonuri herba group and combined medication group,and the difference was statistically significant(p<0.05).There was no statistical difference between Kangfuxiaoyan suppository group and Leonuri herba group(p>0.05).Conclusion1.Compound motherwort cream and Kangfu anti-inflammatory suppository can enhance the discharge or absorption of pregnancy residues in uterus,lower β-HCG level and reduce curettage rate of incomplete drug abortion.2.Kangfu anti-inflammatory suppository can shorten the time of vaginal bleeding.When being used with compound motherwort cream,it can reduce the infection after drug abortion.3.Compound motherwort cream combined with Kangfuxiaoyan suppository can improve patients’ physical discomfort and anxiety,and improve patients’ quality of life.4.Compound motherwort cream combined with Kangfuxiaoyan suppository can facilitate endometrial repair and promote menstrual recovery,it is beneficial for the recovery of normal menstruation,and effectively protect the reproductive health of patients. |
