The Research Of The Treatment Of The Anal Cryptitis By Combined Application Of Compound Carraghenates Suppositories And Huazhi Suppository

Objective: Anal Crypitis was an inflammational affection in anal crypts and anal glands. It was also a potential focus of indection, which related to 85% anus-rectum diseases. Owning to the special shape and position, anal crypts is easy to be damaged, which would result into anal adenisitis. Infected anal gland can spread to its branches and lead to archo-perienteritis, and then result into perianal abscess and anal fistula. Usually, drugs reach the incasional positions was difficult with demibain and anti-inflammatory therapies for the extremely deep positions of anal cryptitis, so the therapeutic effect was below the mark. We observed the Combined Application of Compound Carraghenates Suppositories and Huazhi Suppository’s clinical therapeutic effect to Anal Cryptitis, to find the pathogeny and pathogenic characteristics by the Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM), choose a Anal Cryptitis’ drug with better therapeutic effect and compliance, and easier to use.Methods: We chose 56 Anal Cryptitis cases from the Hospital of Shijiazhuang Chang’an district and the Traditional Chinese Medicine hospital of Hebei Medical University during February to December in 2014, divided them into two random groups, equal 28 each, with similar age, sex and state of the illness(P>0.05), They are incomparable.We treated the treatment group with Compound Carraghenates Suppositories and Huazhi Suppository, and gave the control group Levofloxacin cream for 20 days as a course period of treatment. We compared the two groups’ clinical symptoms and physical signs ground the end of the treatment and after 2 weeks, include patients’ state of anal pendant expansion, anus pain and pruritu, anal sinus tenderness to palpation lesions, anal sinus congestion and edema of the anal sinus by Microscopic examination, finally we made a statistical analysis.Results: Comparing the sex, age, state of illness, and the data of Anal pendant expansion, anus pain and pruritu, Anal sinus tenderness to palpation lesions, anal sinus congestion and edema of the anal sinus by Microscopic examination before the treatment, the two groups have nothing different in Statistical significance, They are incomparable. Analyzing the data of treatment with statistical method, the conclusion is:(1)in the treatment group, there are 18 patients cured, 8 patients are on the mend, 2 patients are nothing improved, with the total effective rate of 92.86%. The control group has 12 patients cured, 6 patients are better, and 10 patients have nothing improved, with a total effective rate of 64.28%. There are significant differences(P<0.05) in the curative effect between the two groups.(2)considering the anal pendant expansion, the two groups have significant differences(P<0.05) after the treatment and 20 days later, the group with combined application of Compound Carraghenates Suppositories and Huazhi Suppository is much better than the other group with Levofloxacin cream.(3)considering anus pain, the two groups have significant differences(P<0.05) after the treatment and 20 days later, the group with combined application of Compound Carraghenates Suppositories and Huazhi Suppository is much better than the other group with Levofloxacin cream.(4) comparing the improvement of the clinical symptom, the two groups have significant differences(P<0.05) in anal sinus tenderness to palpation lesions after the treatment and 20 days later, the group with combined application of Compound Carraghenates Suppositories and Huazhi Suppository is much better than the other group with Levofloxacin cream. The improvement of anal sinuses hyperemia, anal sinuses hydroncus and perianal pruritus are with the same result.(5) considering the situation of palindromia and adverse reactions. In 20 days after the treatment, the two groups have significant differences(P<0.05) in the situation of palindromia, the group with combined application of Compound Carraghenates Suppositories and Huazhi Suppository is much better than the other group with Levofloxacin cream. There were no known adverse reactions found in the treatment.Conclusion: The combined application of Compound Carraghenates Suppositories and Huazhi Suppository is better than the traditional treatment by the Levofloxacin cream...
