The Curative Effect Analysis Of The Treatment For Compound Sea Buckthorn Seed Oil Suppository To Cervical HPV Infection

Objective:Reseatching the effection of treating HPV infection in cervix usingCompound hippophae rhamnoides seed oil suppository and the HPV load’sinfluence on outcome to bring a guidance in clinical pratice.Methods:169cases of high-risk HPV infection in cervix were random divided intotreatment (91cases) and control (78cases) groups. Treating by Compoundhippophae rhamnoides seed oil suppository for3months for treatment groupand placebo for control group. TCT and HPV test for both side after3month.Sexual activity is forbidden during the experiment.Results:1. The treatment group had an effective rate of74.73%(68cases in91)while the control group had an effective rate of62.82%(49cases in78).2. All the patients involved in this experiment were random arranged. Agedistribution is balanced.3.27cases in light-load group were cured and16cases acquired relieveafter treatment. The effective rate was87.75%.11cased in medium-load groupwere cured and7cases acquired relieve after treatment. The effective rate was69.23%.5cased in heavy-load group were cured and2cases acquired relieve after treatment. The effective rate was43.75%.Conclusion:1. Compound hippophae rhamnoides seed oil suppository has a curativeeffect in treating HPV infection in cervix, curative effect declines with theincrease of virus load.We should not judge the bacterium by merely by thedecrease of virus load in the process of treating,also with results of TCT orcolposcope.2. If the high-risk HPV is positive, the patient should take clinicalintervention as soon as possible, regardless of the level of viral load.
