Ye Tianshi’s Study On The Treatment Of Gynaecological Diseases From Wetness

Objective:Study the medical cases of treating gynaecological diseases from wetness in the Complete Book of Ye Tianshi Medicine,explore the theory of treating gynaecological diseases from dampness,and summarise the experience of drug use and the laws of syndrome treatment.Methods:This paper combines data mining with literature research to study the Ye Tianshi Medical Encyclopedia.According to the inclusion and exclusion standards formulated,Ye Tianshi’s wet treatment of gynaecological diseases is selected as the main research object,and takes the name,type,etiology,pathogenesis,pathogenesis,pathogenesis,path,symptoms,syndromes and prescriptions of the included medical cases.The drug information is standardised and made into an Excel form.The data of the traditional Chinese medicine case is entered into the ancient and modern medical case cloud platform in turn.The type analysis,symptom analysis,syndrome analysis,drug use analysis,statistical report and other functions of the platform are used to analyse the disease types,etiology,pathogenesis,pathogenesis,pathogenesis,symptoms and drugs of the medical cases studied by the platform,the four qi,five flavours,meridian,syndrome type and prescription rules of the drug.Then we will explore Ye Tianshi’s syndrome and treatment of gynaecological diseases from dampness.Results:1.Case statistics: Eligible case statistics: 315 related medical cases,including 88 cases of menstrual diseases,45 cases of gonorrhoea,41 cases of pregnancy,99 cases of postpartum diseases and 42 cases of symptoms.There are a total of 25 aetiological combinations,and the top 3 are individual damp,humid and hot,cold and humid.All aetiological combinations cover a variety of separate aetiology such as wind,cold,heat,fire,heat,water,drinking,phlegm,blood stasis,turbidity,food and so on.The total number of pathogens involved is 46,with a total frequency of 767 times.The first three pathogenesis of deficiency are spleen deficiency,strange meridian deficiency,liver and kidney yin deficiency,and the first three real pathogenesis are dampness block,collateral veins,and humidity and heat block.It involves 14 pathogenesis,including the spleen,meridian,liver,collateral veins,heart,kidney,stomach,bladder,lungs,large intestine,lower coke,gallbladder,small intestine and upper coke.There are 339 symptoms,with a total frequency of 1,587 symptoms.The top 20 most common symptoms are arranged in descending order of frequency: abdominal pain,abdominal distension,vomiting,dullness,diarrhoea,cough and asthma,dripping,abdominal appearance,cold and fever,edema,stop,suspension,ruffian,menstrual dripping,soft stool,unfavourable urine,inflammation.Reverse,infertile,cold limbs,unpretent,disgusting.Tongue veins are less described,but mostly virtual or virtual inclusion.2.According to the frequency of syndrome type,there are 129 cases of spleen deficiency and dampness syndromes,105 cases of humidity,82 cases of yin deficiency and dampness syndromes,81 cases of dampness and blood stasis,80 cases of strange meridian deficiency and dampness syndromes,71 cases of dampness and heat syndromes,65 cases of dampness(no other combination of evil spirits),51 cases of water and dampness syndromes,45 cases of cold and humid syndromes,43 cases of phlegm and dampness syndromes,and 36 cases of wet syndromes.3.Drug analysis: A total of 264 kinds of drugs were used,with a total frequency of 2,335 times.The top 20 drugs were Poria,Angelica,Ginseng,White Peony,Fennel,Incense,Ripeed Dihuang,Grilled Licorice,Atractylodes,Hawthorn,Cinnamon,Antlers Cream,Zexie,Banxia,Scutellaria,Bicalensis,Wolfberry,Tangerine Peel,Yam,Fushen,Peony Peony Skin,with Fu The most frequently used in Ling is184,accounting for 58.41%.The descending order of the composition of the four gases is as follows: temperature,flatness,the following are coldness,micro-temperature,micro-coldness,great heat,heat,coldness and great coldness.The descending order of the five flavours of drugs is sweet,spicy,bitter,light,sour,slightly bitter,astringent,salty and slightly sweet.The meridian descending order is arranged in order of the spleen,kidney,liver,heart,lung,stomach,large intestine,bladder,gallbladder,trifocal,small intestine and pericard.Conclusion:1.There are a wide range of gynaecological diseases caused by dampness,which can be involved in meridians,bands,foetuses and childbirth.There are many types of aetiology involved.In addition to dampness as a cause,there are 25 aetiological combinations combined with dampness.All combinations cover a variety of single a variety of single aetiology such as wind,cold,heat,fire,water,drinking,phlegm,blood stasis,turbidity,food,etc.;the pathogenesis are virtual and solid,combined with each other cause diseases together,and there are more deficiency than real,and there are many deficiency and solid inclusions.There are 14 diseases involved,most of which are many evils,and a wide range of diseases.2.Symptoms are more common in the abdomen and below,and the scope of lesions is often extensive.Deficiency and solid inclusions are more common,especially the symptoms of spleen transport and disfunction.There are few large real symptoms in the collected cases.Pulse and tongue records are mostly missing,but the listed are also characterised by deficiency and deficiency inclusion.3.In terms of syndrome classification,it is divided into 11categories: spleen deficiency and dampness,humidity,yin deficiency and dampness,dampness and blood stasis,strange meridian deficiency and dampness,dampness and heat,dampness(no other people with evil qi),water and dampness,cold and dampness,phlegm and dampness,and turbid syndromes.The combination of syndromes is mostly virtual and solid,and there are few large empirical syndrome categories.4.In terms of treatment,I am good at flexibly matching according to the category of deficiency and the nature of dampness and evil qi.I choose a variety of treatments to nourish the spleen and remove dampness,nourish yin and dampness,tonourish the strange meridian and remove dampness,regulate qi and remove dampness,remove dampness,remove dampness and remove blood stasis and collaterals,clear away heat and dampness,promote water and dampness,dissipate cold and dampness,warm and remove dampness,remove phlegm and dampness,remove dampness,remove dampness and turbidity.Among them,the solid protection of righteousness runs through the whole process,and emphasises not seeking close work,slow attack and slow repair.5.Flexible selection of drugs according to the treatment method,good at kernels,peach kernels,etc.;medicines for fragrant qi,such as wood fragrance attachment,sand kernels,etc.;products for nourishing yin and nourishing blood,such as cooked dihuang,salvia miltiorrhiza,angelica,etc.;products for turbidity and detoxification,such as grass fruit,artemisia,Huanglian,etc.;convergent and used products such as Qinpi,yellow cypress,keel,etc.
