Study On The Law Of Syndrome Differentiation And Treatment Of Psychosomatic Diseases In Ye Tianshi

Objective:This paper studies the diagnosis and treatment cases of psychosomatic diseases in Ye Tianshi Medical Records,explores the law of syndrome differentiation and treatment of psychosomatic diseases in Ye Tianshi,and summarizes the characteristics of Ye Tianshi’s thought and prescription,so as to enrich the theory and practice of treating psychosomatic diseases with traditional Chinese medicine.Methods:Taking Ye Tianshi Medical Records Daquan(November,2017 edition)published by TCM Ancient Books Publishing House as the research subject,using the literature in Wanfang,How Net and other databases as reference,according to the style and disease classification of Ye Tianshi Medical Records,the inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria that meet the actual situation of the study were designed,and the qualified medical records were screened by manual retrieval with both hands,combined with the data statistical analysis of ancient and modern medical records cloud platform,and the syndrome classification statistics were carried out.According to the statistics of the frequency of use of traditional Chinese medicine,four qi,five flavors and meridian tropism,this paper discusses the law of syndrome differentiation and treatment of psychosomatic diseases in Ye Tianshi,and summarizes the ideological characteristics and prescription characteristics of Ye Tianshi’s diagnosis and treatment of psychosomatic diseases.Results:1.By screening the medical records in Ye Tianshi Medical Records,532 patients who met the inclusion criteria were counted,with a total of 998 consultations.Included in the medical records,there are 696 medical records involving emotional factors(anger,joy,worry,thinking,sadness,fear and shock);There are 556 medical records involving the changes of "five gods"(spirit,soul,spirit,will and will).The categories of diseases include 73 categories,such as stroke,liver wind and fatigue.2.According to the specific symptoms of patients and the comments in the medical records,the included medical records were classified and counted,and 122 cases were invaded by warm pathogens,accounting for12.22%;287 cases of liver depression and wind-fire type,accounting for28.75%;91 cases of heart and spleen weakness,accounting for 9.12%;257cases were liver and kidney yin deficiency,accounting for 25.75%;60cases(6.01%)were of deficiency of viscera and yin;181 cases(18.14%)were polymorphic.3.According to the statistics of 998 medical records from the cloud platform of ancient and modern medical records,there are 236 kinds of drugs in use,and the total frequency of drug use is 9225 times.The top20 Chinese medicines in drug use frequency are Radix Rehmanniae,Poria,Ginseng,Colla Corii Asini,Radix Curcumae,Poria,Scrophularia,Radix Asparagi,Rhizoma Coptidis,Dendrobium,Corni Fructus,Radix Rehmanniae Preparata,Lycium barbarum,Oyster,Pericarpium Citri Tangerinae and Schisandra chinensis.4.According to the statistics of the cloud platform of ancient and modern medical records,when Ye’s diagnosis and treatment of psychosomatic diseases,the consumption of cold drugs was the largest,with a total frequency of 4521 times,accounting for 49.00%;Secondly,the frequency of application of warm drugs was 2885 times,accounting for31.27%;The frequency of using antipsychotic drugs was 975 times,accounting for 10.57%.The frequency of using cold drugs was 703 times,accounting for 7.62%.The frequency of using febrile drugs was the lowest,with a total of 142 times,accounting for only 1.54%.5.According to the statistics of five kinds of drugs related to psychosomatic diseases in Ye Tianshi,it can be concluded that bitter,sweet and pungent account for the largest proportion of drugs used.Among them,drugs containing sweet taste accounted for 35.40%,drugs containing bitter taste accounted for 33.49%,and drugs containing pungent taste accounted for 18.74%.6.Through the statistics of drug meridian tropism,it is found that the drugs meridian tropism used in the diagnosis and treatment of psychosomatic diseases in Ye Tianshi are mainly concentrated in kidney,spleen,liver,heart and stomach.Among them,54.26% drugs were attributed to kidney,44.72% drugs to spleen,39.73% drugs to liver,30.18% drugs to heart and 30.06% drugs to stomach.Conclusion:The medical records included in the study are mainly divided into six syndrome types: warm pathogen invasion type,liver depression type,wind-fire type,heart-spleen weakness type,liver-kidney yin deficiency type,viscera-yin deficiency type and multi-type combination type.The characteristics of Ye Tianshi’s diagnosis and treatment of psychosomatic diseases are as follows:(1)dialectical and meticulous,scrutinizing medication;(2)Careful examination of the cause,nourishing yin based on syndrome differentiation;(3)Separation of spleen and stomach,and clarification of disease location;(4)Make good use of Radix Curcumae;(5)make good use of flesh and blood;(6)Various dosage forms and flexible ways;(7)Don’t seek near work,slow attack and slow supplement;(8)Priorities are clear and orderly;(9)The diagnosis and treatment mode is advanced and perfect;(10)Let nature take its course and do whatever you want.Representative commonly used prescriptions for the diagnosis and treatment of psychosomatic diseases in Ye Tianshi include Jianzhong decoction,Shenqi pill and Guipi decoction.Typical drugs and drug combinations commonly used in Ye Tianshi are: Curcuma aromatica;Tortoise shell;Polygalae,Acorus calamus,Schisandra chinensis;Tribulus terrestris,chrysanthemum;Ginseng,Poria;Astragalus membranaceus,Atractylodes macrocephala;Radix Rehmanniae Preparata,Corni Fructus;Radix Rehmanniae,Colla Corii Asini;Keel,oyster;Euryale ferox,lotus seed;Mulberry leaves,Cortex Moutan;Rhizoma Coptidis,Rhizoma Pinelliae;Poria,Dendrobium;Asparagus and Ophiopogon japonicus.
