Research On The Pilot Practice And Development Path Of Combining Medical And Nursing Services For The Elderly In Hohhot City

With the development of economy and society,the change of family structure and the aggravation of population aging,it is increasingly difficult for the traditional elderly care model to meet the demand for medical services and elderly care services in the new era.As an innovative model of senior care service,"medical care integration" combines medical resources and senior care resources effectively,which can meet the specialized medical needs and diversified nursing needs of more and more elderly people who are deaf and semi-intelligent,which is important for coping with China’s population aging problem and alleviating the problems of medical and senior care institutions.It is of great practical significance to cope with the aging of China’s population and to alleviate the problem of "separation and rule" of medical and nursing institutions.In recent years,the Party Central Committee and the State Council attach great importance to the combination of medical and health care,and continuously and intensively issued a number of policy documents to encourage all regions to carry out the combination of medical and health care services according to their own reality.As one of the first pilot areas in China,Hohhot has made some achievements in the implementation of the combined medical and nursing care model,but there are also more problems and shortcomings,and its development situation is special and universal.It is of great theoretical and practical significance to carry out the analysis and research on the pilot institutions of medical and nursing care integration in Hohhot to explore the development path of medical and nursing care integration in Hohhot and promote the work of nursing care services in Inner Mongolia and even the northwest region.Based on relevant theoretical analysis,this thesis focuses on three pilot institutions in Hohhot city with different models of medical and nursing care integration,and makes a study on the basic situation,problems and causes of their medical and nursing care integration services,and proposes four suggestions for the development of medical and nursing care integration in Hohhot city,based on advanced medical and nursing care integration models at home and abroad,to improve the system guarantee and The study proposes four recommendations on the development of combined medical and nursing care services in Hohhot,including improving the institutional guarantee and policy support system,building a diversified supply body structure,establishing a diversified financial guarantee system and building a talent support system,in order to promote the high-quality and sustainable development of combined medical and nursing care services in Hohhot.
