Optimization Of Street Prevention And Control Of Chronic Disease In H Street Of W City

Chronic disease is a common problem faced by the international community,and the form of this problem is becoming more and more serious with the aggravation of population aging,attracting more and more experts’ attention and attention.From past experience,good intervention and management services can help subhealthy people prevent the issuance of chronic diseases,and even cure patients with chronic diseases.However,China’s medical and health environment is not optimistic,uneven distribution of medical resources,difficult and expensive medical treatment has become a serious social problem,the diagnosis and treatment of patients with chronic diseases is the same.Therefore,China is vigorously promoting the implementation of graded diagnosis and treatment,increasing the input of grassroots medical and health resources,providing necessary conditions for the prevention and control of chronic diseases and management.This paper conducted an in-depth and systematic study on the prevention and control of chronic diseases in H street,W City.Firstly,questionnaires and interviews were used to investigate patients with chronic diseases,and interviews were conducted with street managers and medical staff.The following conclusions were drawn: Through the questionnaire survey of patients with chronic diseases and interviews with street managers and medical staff,the following conclusions are drawn,namely,there are many problems and deficiencies in the management of chronic diseases in H Street of W City,which need to be improved and optimized.Secondly,analyze the problems and causes of chronic disease management in H Street of W City.The problems include insufficient understanding of chronic disease prevention and control among street residents,lax network for chronic disease prevention and control,inadequate chronic disease prevention and control services,imperfect supporting facilities for chronic disease prevention and control at grass-roots level,and poor referral for chronic disease treatment.The reasons are as follows: street residents lack the concept of big health,street residents have high mobility and poor compliance,street medical personnel lack and lack of training,grassroots government does not pay enough attention and investment,superior referral hospitals do not pay enough attention to referral.Lastly,suggestions on improving the prevention and control level of chronic diseases in H Street of W City under the background of Healthy China.From strengthening the publicity of healthy China strategy and the harm of chronic diseases;Improve the coverage of prevention and control,and guide patients to implement active prevention and control;Recruitment and training of street medical personnel will be carried out to improve prevention and control services.Increase investment in chronic disease prevention and control and improve supporting facilities;To improve the recognition and attention to referral,optimization of two-way referral mechanism and other five aspects of countermeasures and suggestions.
