Research On The Problems And Countermeasures Of The Construction Of Centers For Disease Control And Prevention In S Province

Doing a good job in the prevention and control of major diseases,infectious diseases and other diseases is of great significance to protecting people’s health,maintaining social stability and national security.In our country,the Center for disease control and prevention assumes the important responsibility to protect people’s health,is an important technical support institution to the government performs the function of social management,and is also the government provides important part of public health service.The outbreak of SARS(severe acute Respiratory syndrome pneumonia)in 2003 and highly pathogenic avian influenza(HPAI)later,especially the COVID-19 outbreak in 2020,exposed many problems and shortcomings in the infrastructure construction,equipment,talent team,business capacity and other aspects of the centers for disease control and prevention in China,which is difficult to meet the needs of protecting people’s health.At present,more fully and effectively play the center for Disease control and prevention in the prevention and control of major diseases and infectious diseases,the maintenance of public health due to the important role,is the main direction and goal of the construction and development of the center for Disease control and prevention.Based on the health statistical yearbook of S Province and the statistical annual report of the Center for Disease Control and Prevention,combined with the actual work situation,this paper describes the current situation of the center for Disease Control and prevention in detail,and makes an in-depth analysis of the problems faced by the construction of the center for Disease Control and prevention and their causes.Based on the existing research on the reform countermeasures of public institutions,and according to the characteristics of the Center for Disease Control and Prevention,this paper carefully sorted out and analyzed the experience gained and problems faced by the construction and development of the center for Disease Control and prevention through new public management,holistic government theory and stakeholder theory.Put forward to perfect the working mechanism,perfect the financial supply system,deepen the reform of distribution system and strengthen the construction of talent team and so on countermeasures and suggestions.
