Objective: The recovery of upper limb motor function after stroke is slow, and the upper limb needs to perform complex tasks,so people put forward higher requirements for upper limb rehabilitation.Conventional rehabilitation methods require one-to-one guidance and training by therapists, which rely too much on manual labor. However, the number of rehabilitation therapists in China is small, and the number of demand is seriously inconsistent with the actual number of rehabilitation therapists. The application of conventional treatment methods can no longer meet the needs of the public for rehabilitation.Neuromuscular proprioception promotion technology(PNF)is the representative of neurodevelopmental therapy, with its spiral diagonal pattern become the most advantageous treatment technology, rehabilitation robot is new robot equipment in recent years, with its low cost, less artificial, can repeat finger flexion,is more and more widely used.PNF technology and rehabilitation robotic hand have been studied extensively recently, but whether the combination improves the upper limb and hand motor function more effectively than conventional treatments to improve activities of daily living requires further clinical trials. Therefore, this study explored the influence and possible mechanism of the treatment mode combined with PNF technology and rehabilitation robotic hand on the upper limb motor function and the activity ability of daily living in stroke patients,so as to find more efficient and concise treatment methods for stroke patients, and to add new data support for the treatment methods of stroke.Method: In Zibo City of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine Hospital,45 stroke patients treated were selected as the experimental subjects.During the experiment,5 patients fell off,and finally 40 patients finally completed the experiment,20 in the experimental group and 20 in the control group.Patients who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into experimental and control groups according to the single-double number of hospitalization number,Control group with only the upper limb PNF training,Every 40 minutes,The experimental group performed upper limb training of PNF 20 min per session plus rehabilitation robotic hand training 20 min each,Was performed six times a week,A total of 4 weeks,Initial assessment and final assessment were conducted at the beginning of week 1 and the end of week 4,The assessments are upper-limb motor function on the Fugl-Meyer scale(FMA-UE),modified Barthel index(MBI),Wolf Motor function Evaluation Test(WMFT),hand flexion muscle strength, hand extension muscle strength,Finally, all of the data were processed, arrival at a conclusion.Result:(1)before the intervention, there was no significant difference between the experimental group and the control group(p>0.05),not statistically significant and comparable.(2)After 4 weeks of intervention,fugl-meyer motor function scores(p<0.05),activities of daily living(p<0.05),Wolf Motor Function Test(p<0.05),hand flexion muscle strength(p<0.05),and hand extension muscle strength(p<0.05)were significant.(3)Four weeks after intervention, the Fugl-Meyer motor function score(p>0.05)of the upper limbs of the experimental group(p<0.05),daily living(p<0.05),Wolf Motor Function Test(p<0.05),hand extension muscle strength(p<0.05)and hand flexion muscle strength(p<0.05)were significant. Conclusion: PNF technology combined with rehabilitation robot hand training than conventional PNF technology training can more effectively increase finger fine movement, enhance finger flexion muscle strength and stretch muscle strength, improve the ability of daily life activities,at the same time can save the manpower cost, conform to the development of rehabilitation in our country, can be used as a new treatment model for clinical promotion...
