Clinical Observation Of Qingyoujian Fumigation And Washing Combined With Interferon Spray In The Treatment Of Condyloma Acuminatum

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Qingyoujian fumigation and washing combined with external use of recombinant human interferon α-1b spray in the treatment of condyloma acuminatum,the recurrence rate of the disease,the incidence of adverse reactions in the treatment process,after the end of the treatment of the original skin lesions and the surrounding area of HPV-DNA negative conversion ratio,and the improvement of the quality of life of patients before and after the treatment,to find ways to reduce the pain of treatment,improve the quality of life of patients,reduce the recurrence rate of the disease,to provide ideas for the clinical treatment of condyloma acuminatum.Methods The subjects were patients with condyloma acuminatum who were treated in the outpatient department of dermatology and venerology of our hospital from March 2021 to March 2022.According to the inclusion criteria,120 patients meeting the criteria were selected and randomly divided into cryotherapy group(n=40),interferon group(n=40)and combination group(n=40)using random number table method.All patients’ age,gender,course of disease,lesion site,the number and diameter of warts,HPV genotyping detection of infection,patients with condyloma acuminatum quality of life questionnaire standardized scores.The patients in the cryotherapy group were treated with liquid nitrogen freezing to remove visible warts,and the patients were revisited once a week.On the basis of the cryotherapy group,the patients in the interferon group were externally treated with recombinant human interferon α-1b spray(3 times a day,2 spray each time)from the second day of freezing treatment.On the basis of interferon group,the combination group was given Qingyoujian fumigation and washing the affected area from the second day of freezing treatment(once a day,20 min each time),and all the three groups were treated for 4 weeks.The adverse reactions of patients during treatment,the number and diameter of warts 1 week after the last treatment,the standardized score of the quality of life questionnaire,the recurrence of patients after the last treatment for 6 months and the HPV-DNA detection of the primary lesion area were observed and recorded.The clinical efficacy,adverse reaction rate,disease recurrence rate,improvement degree of patients’ quality of life and negative conversion rate of HPV-DNA test were compared among the three groups.Results1.Completion status:After the observation,38 patients were included in the cryotherapy group,39 patients in the interferon group,and 39 patients in the combination group.There was no significant difference in age,gender,course of disease,lesion site,lesion score,standardized score of quality of life questionnaire before treatment,and infection by HPV genotyping among the three groups(P﹥0.05),indicating comparability.2.After treatment,the clinical efficacy of the three groups was compared,the combination group was higher than the interferon group and the cryotherapy group,and the interferon group was higher than the cryotherapy group,pairwise comparison showed that the difference between the cryotherapy group and the interferon group,the interferon group and the combination group was not statistically significant(P ﹥ 0.05),while the difference between the cryotherapy group and the combination group was statistically significant(P﹤0.05).3.All patients had no adverse reactions to recombinant human interferon α-1b spray and Chinese herbal fumigation and washing during treatment,and all adverse reactions were from liquid nitrogen cryotherapy,the adverse reaction rate of the three groups was higher in the cryotherapy group than in the interferon group and the combination group,while the interferon group was higher than the combination group,and the pairwise comparison showed statistical significance(P﹤0.05).4.After treatment,the standardized score of the quality of life questionnaire of the three groups was higher in the combination group than in the interferon group and the cryotherapy group,and the interferon group was higher than the cryotherapy group,the pairwise comparison showed statistical significance(P﹤0.05).5.After 6 months of follow-up,the disease recurrence rate of the three groups was higher in the cryotherapy group than in the interferon group and the combination group,and the interferon group was higher than the combination group,pairwise comparison,the difference was statistically significant(P﹤0.05).6.After 6 months of follow-up,the negative rate of HPV-DNA detection in the three groups was higher in the combination group than in the interferon group and the cryotherapy group,while the interferon group was higher than the cryotherapy group,and the difference was statistically significant(P﹤0.05).Conclusion Qingyoujian fumigation and washing combined with external use of recombinant human interferon α-1b spray in the treatment of condyloma acuminatum has achieved good clinical efficacy,especially in the treatment process to reduce adverse reactions in patients,improve the quality of life during the disease,effectively reduce the recurrence rate of the disease,eliminate HPV subclinical infection has obvious advantages,worthy of further clinical application and promotion.
