| Objective: In this project,by observing children diagnosed with gastric pain(liver and stomach discord)in the outpatient clinic,comparing it with Weisu granules,the clinical efficacy of Shuwan Decoction in the treatment of this disease was summarized by statistical data analysis,and the advantages and value of the role of Shuwan Decoction were objectively evaluated,so as to provide new ideas for clinical treatment methods.Methods: In this study,a total of 60 children with pediatric stomach pain(liver and stomach discord)were collected,and the inclusion and exclusion criteria were strictly adhered to,and divide them into two groups according to the random number table method,one was named the treatment group,the other was named the control group.The treatment group was treated with the tutor’s self-prepared prescription “Shuwan Decoction”,and the control group was given Chinese proprietary medicine Weisu granules and flushed for treatment,and both groups were treated with drugs and observed for 2 courses,each course of treatment was 7 days.Before and after treatment,the total effective rate,total TCM symptom score,and single symptom score of the two groups were recorded,and the changes of each score were evaluated separately,and the collected data were statistically analyzed to obtain the final result.Results:(1)Overall effective rate: 30 cases in each of the two groups,two patients got well in the treatment group,twenty-one patients were noticeably better,six patie ntswere taken effect and one patient was invalid,overall response rate was 96.6%;The control group one patient got well,seven patients were noticeably better,eighteen patients were taken effect,and four patients were invalid,overall response rate was 86.7%,the treatment group exceeded that of the other group.and statistical clearly(P<0.05).(2)Total score of TCM syndrome: the aggregate score of both groups showed a downward trend after treatment,And the score reduction was more pronounced in the treatment group,which was statistically meaning(P<0.05).(3)TCM single symptom points: After treatment in both groups,the scores of each single symptom of TCM showed a downward trend,and the treatment group rated stomach bloating or pain,flank swelling,acid swallowing,anorexia,and dystonia symptoms better than the control group,showing statistical significance(P<0.05),but the evaluation of belching,hiccups,and halitosis symptoms was not statistically significant compared to the control group(P>0.05).Conclusion:Shuwan Decoction has a strong liver thinning and antidepressant effect,and gastric pain relief effect,effectively improves the clinical symptoms of pediatric stomach pain,can reduce the score of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome,and has a stronger effect than Weisu granules in terms of stomach fullness or pain,flank swelling pain,acid swallowing,lack of appetite and upset.There were no adverse adverse effects during treatment,and the clinical use of this prescription can provide a new treatment plan for pediatric gastric pain disease. |
