| Objective:Hospice care and palliative care are collectively referred to as palliative care.palliative care refers to providing physical,mental and spiritual care and humanistic care for terminally ill or elderly patients before they die,controlling pain and discomfort symptoms,improving the quality of life,and helping patients to die comfortably,peacefully and with dignity.Based on the results of the first batch of pilot cities and the development process of the second batch of pilot cities,the bed allocation,human resource allocation,service volume and efficiency,service mode and other aspects of general hospitals or community institutions in some pilot cities were studied,and combined with the current situation of Anhui community,the feasibility study of the application of hospicative care in Anhui community was discussed from the hard conditions.This paper investigated and analyzed the cognition and attitude of hospice care among some medical staff in Anhui province and the relevant mechanism of influencing factors,grasped the views of hospice care service staff on the development of hospice care,analyzed the obstacles and problems restricting the development and construction of palliative care,and discussed the feasibility study of the application of hospice care in Anhui community from the perspective of soft conditions.To provide new ideas and countermeasures for the government,social and medical institutions,strengthen hospice care services and management,and better develop hospice care undertakings.Methods:(1)Search information through the Internet to learn the past hospice care research results and quantitative statistics and other related research methods.(2)By searching the results of the first batch of pilot cities and the development process of the second batch of pilot cities on the Internet,the bed allocation,human resource allocation,service volume and efficiency,and service mode of general hospitals or community institutions in some pilot cities were studied and counted,and compared with the current situation of Anhui communities.(3)Questionnaires were made and distributed through Wenxing website,and descriptive analysis,univariate analysis and multiple linear regression analysis were conducted after SPSS27.0 screening statistics,so as to explore the cognition,attitude and influencing factors of the surveyed medical staff on hospice care.(4)Comprehensively analyze the above data and propose relevant countermeasures.Results:(1)The results and progress of hospice care in the first and second batch of pilot cities in China were searched and analyzed,and compared with community hospitals in Anhui,it was found that the supporting facilities of hospice care in community hospitals in Anhui were insufficient.(2)The results of the questionnaire showed that the FATCOD-B score of 237 samples was 102.85±9.51 points,which was lower than that of foreign countries and some domestic levels.Through univariate analysis and multiple linear regression analysis,the enthusiasm of male medical staff was higher than that of female.(3)The overall cognition of hospice care among medical staff was at a low level,and half of the medical staff believed that religious belief had an impact on attitudes towards dying or dying.A very small number of medical staff have never heard of or know about hospice care.More than 60% of medical staff have heard of hospice care and about 30% of medical staff know about hospice care.Less than half of health care workers have treated terminally ill patients,and health care workers are not experienced enough to treat terminally ill patients.Less than 30 percent of health care workers have received specialized training in hospice care.Medical staff learn palliative care knowledge mainly through professional training organized by hospitals or other institutions.The main concern of medical staff is that the incomprehension of patients’ families will lead to hospital disputes and affect hospice care work.Conclusion:The development of hospice care in China is still in the preliminary stage,and Anhui community hospitals still have many difficulties in carrying out hospice care.It is necessary to strengthen supporting facilities,improve the training of medical staff,improve the cognition and attitude of patients and their families to hospice care,and promote the enthusiasm of medical staff. |
