Clinical Study On The Treatment Of Chronic Heart Failure After Myocardial Infarction(Syndrome Of Qi Deficiency And Blood Stasis With Water) With Yiqi Huayu Lishui Formula

Objective: In this study,through clinical observation of patients with chronic heart failure after myocardial infarction using Yiqi Huayu Lishui formula on the basis of conventional Western medicine treatment,the TCM syndrome score,NYHA cardiac function classification,NT-Pro BNP,LVEDd,LVEF,six-minute walking test data and the two groups of data results without Yiqi Huayu Lishui formula were statistically analyzed.The clinical effect of Yiqi Huayu Lishui formula on patients with chronic heart failure after myocardial infarction was summarized,in order to verify the effect of Yiqi Huayu Lishui formula on improving the physical and chemical examination results of patients with chronic heart failure after myocardial infarction,alleviating the symptoms of heart failure,improving the quality of life and improving the prognosis.Methods: A total of 70 patients with definite diagnosis of chronic heart failure after myocardial infarction were enrolled in this study,and the patients were randomly divided into 35 patients in the treatment group and 35 patients in the control group.Both groups received basic Western medicine treatment,and the treatment group was combined with Yiqi Huayu Lishui prescription on the basis of the treatment,and the observation period was3 months.TCM syndrome score,NYHA cardiac function grade,NT-Pro BNP,LVEDd,LVEF,six-minute walking test and other data of 70 patients before and after treatment were collected and analyzed to observe the statistical differences between the results before and after treatment and between the control group and the treatment group.Results: TCM syndrome scores: the syndrome scores of both the treatment group and the control group decreased,and the symptoms of patients were improved,among which palpitation,chest tightness and pain,shortness of breath,lower limb edema,dark face,dark lip,neck blue veins exposure,oliguria syndrome treatment group and the control group had significant differences after treatment(P<0.05),and the treatment group had obvious advantages.In terms of spontaneous sweating,the two groups had similar efficacy(P>0.05).NYHA cardiac function classification: After treatment,there were significant differences between the control group and the treatment group compared with before treatment(P<0.05),and the improvement of the treatment group was more obvious.Related data of cardiac color Doppler ultrasound: After treatment,left ventricular ejection fraction increased in both groups,while left ventricular diameter decreased in both groups.In terms of these two data,the improvement was more obvious in the treatment group than in the control group,and the scheme treatment group was better.6-minute walking test: After treatment,the walking distance of both the control group and the treatment group increased,and there was a significant difference between the control group and the treatment group compared with before treatment(P<0.05),and the result of the treatment group was better than the control group.Lee’s score: After treatment,there was a significant difference between the control group and the treatment group compared with before treatment(P<0.05),and the result of the treatment group was better than the control group.Conclusion: Compared with the basic treatment of Western medicine alone,the combination of Yiqi Huayu Lishui formula can significantly improve the TCM syndrome,NYHA cardiac function grade,NT-Pro BNP,LVEDd,LVEF,six-minute walking test and other data of patients with chronic heart failure after myocardial infarction.Improve the quality of life and prognosis of patients.
