Clinical Study Of Guan’s "Bushen Jiugong Point" Combined With Tamsulosin Hydrochloride In The Treatment Of Chronic Prostatitis With Kidney Yang Deficiency

Purpose:By observing the therapeutic effect of Guan’s "Bushen Jiugong point" combined with oral tamsulosin hydrochloride group and oral tamsulosin hydrochloride group on kidney-yang deficiency chronic prostatitis,objective evaluation of the clinical effectiveness,superiority and shortcomings of Guan’s "Bushen Jiugong point" in the treatment of chronic prostatitis,providing new ideas for the clinical treatment of chronic prostatitis.Method:72 patients with chronic prostatitis who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into observation group and control group(36 cases in each group).The observation group was treated with Guan’s "kidney Tonifying Jiugong point" combined with Tamsulosin,while the control group was treated with Tamsulosin hydrochloride orally.NIH-CPSI symptom score,the count of white blood cells and lecithin bodies in EPS examination,and TCM symptom score scale were used as the evaluation basis to observe and compare the differences of various scores before and after treatment between the two groups,and evaluate the statistical differences of clinical efficacy between the two treatments.Results:(1)There were no significant differences in age,course of disease,total NIH-CPSI score and symptom score before treatment,as well as leukocyte and lecithin body count between the two groups(P > 0.05),indicating that the two groups were comparable.(2)NIH-CPSI score study results: Before treatment,the total NIH-CPSI score and symptom scores of the two groups had no statistical significance(P > 0.05),which was comparable;After treatment,the NIH-CPSI score and all the scores were lower than before treatment(P < 0.01),the difference was statistically significant,indicating that the two groups had obvious curative effect.Compared with each other,the total NIH-CPSI score,pain symptom score and life symptom score of the observation group decreased more than that of the control group(P < 0.01),and the difference was statistically significant.(3)Results of TCM syndrome scores: Before treatment,there was no statistical significance in TCM syndrome scores between the two groups,which was comparable(P > 0.05);After treatment,there was statistically significant difference in TCM symptom score between the two groups,indicating that both groups had obvious curative effect(P < 0.01).The difference of TCM syndrome score between observation group and control group was statistically significant(P < 0.01).(4)Results of white blood cell count and lecithin body count: Before treatment,there was no statistical significance in white blood cell count and lecithin body count between the two groups(P > 0.05),which was comparable.After treatment,compared with before treatment,the white blood cell count in 2 groups was decreased(P < 0.05),and the lecithin body count was increased(P < 0.05),and the difference was statistically significant.There was no significant difference between the two groups(P > 0.05).(5)After 2 courses of treatment,the effective rate was 90.32% in the observation group and 78.79% in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).Conclusion:1.Guan’s "Tonifying Kidney Jiu Gong Point" combined with oral tamsulosin hydrochloride and oral tamsulosin hydrochloride alone in the treatment of chronic prostattis with renal Yang deficiency can both reduce the total NIH-CPSI score,individual scores and TCM symptom scores of patients,reduce the white blood cell count in EPS examination,and increase the lecithin body count in EPS examination;2.The curative effect of Guan’s "Tonifying kidney Jiu Gong Point" combined with oral Tamsulosin hydrochloride in the treatment of chronic prostatitis with kidney Yang deficiency is better than that of oral tamsulosin hydrochloride alone,especially in improving pain and quality of life,but there is no significant difference between the two in improving urination symptoms,leukocytes and lecithin body count.
