| Purpose：Acorrding to acupuncture the rat model of kidney Yang urine moreinducted by adenine, Observing different groups side with points,such as "very","bladder yu","shen shu","very, bladder yu","very,bladder yu,shen shu",(1)the urine output change of different period of24hours;(2) the urine Na~+, K+and Cl~-ion concentration change;(3) kidney and bladder histomorphologychanges, Then discussing the best match point prescription of acupuncturetreatment of kidney Yang urinary symptoms more and providing the data forclinical medicine, as to promote the study of standardization of Acupointsprescription.Material and method：SDmalesrats56weredividedintosevengroupbyweightstratified random,such as Blank group, the model group, the treatment group A(very), the treatment group B (bladder yu), the treatment group C (shen shu),the treatment group D (very, bladder yu), the treatment group E (very, bladderyu,shen shu). The modeling methods：Except the blank group is filling the2ml physiological saline for every rat everyday, the remaining six groups areusing the method of the stomach made die by adenine irrigation and the dosageis100mg/kg everyday, after twenty consecutive days, the madel successed, thetreatment of A, B, C, D, E group take the corresponding acupuncture points andtreat14days, then measuring the24hours urine volume of every mouse with themetabolic cage when before modeling, modeling10days, modeling20days andthe end of treatment, And put the last urine output1.5ml into the tube of everyrat to test the Na~+, K~+, Cl~-ion concentration；the last, removing kidney andbladder tissue by anesthesia and open abdominal, then according to HE dyed,observing the histomorphology changes by light-microscopy.Results：1.observing the rats behavior: compared with the black group, model group ratseaten less, body weight reduced significantly, the vertical hair phenomenon were very obvious and fur losed their luster, they fatigued, huddled and crowdedtogether, spontaneous activity reduced significantly. Shit gone lean, urineoutput increased, the fur in the abdomen were wet, tongue pale were white, tonguebody were fat and tender, with scalloped edges. All of the above show that themodel is successed. Treatment groups improved in varying degrees by acupuncture.treatment Group E performenced that they rapid recovery, decreased urine output,and indicated its the most effective treatment.2. After rats adenine gavage, the24hours urine output of model group increasedsignificantly (P﹤0.05)。Urine concentration of Na+,Cl-ions increasedsignificantly, K+ion concentration reduced significantly (P﹤0.05)。Theresult shows the model is successed.after the Acupuncture treatment,the24hours urine output of treatment groups reduced (P﹤0.05), Urine concentrationof Na+,Cl~-ions decreased, K~+ion concentration increased significantly (P﹤0.05)。 At the same time，the result of the five treatment groups havedifferent effects and exist the differences between them.3. Light results show that：（1）kidney：Compared with normal group, model group (Figure2) shows that thetubular within a large number of crystals calm, occupied the lumen of the tubularepithelial cloudy swelling, necrosis, renal tubular significant expansion intocystic, skin, medullary interstitial fibrous tissuehyperplasia, inflammatorycell infiltration, showing fibrinoid necrosis; Compared with model group,treatment group A(Figure3); B (Figure4) C (Figure5) D (Figure6) E (Figure7) have improved to different degrees, Treatment group E (Figure7) performencedglomerular and tubular gone largely normal。（2）bladder：Compared with normal group, model group (Figure2) show that ratsbladder mucosa were thicken and there was a small lesion defects,in addition,intrinsic membrane of connective tissue proliferation, lymphocytes, monocytesand plasma cell infiltration, smooth muscle layer of muscle fibers arranged indisorder, the gapobviously enlarged, smooth muscle composition to reduce thinning, and fibrous tissue content increased significantly；Compared withmodel group, treatment group A(Figure3); B (Figure4)； C (Figure5); D (Figure6); p E (Figure7) have improved to different degrees and Treatment group E(Figure7) performenced normal mucosal layers arranged normal surfaceepithelium, a slight disorder of the smooth muscle layer, the gap widened.Conclusion：1.Experiments show that: Acupuncture "shen shu","very","bladder yu" and itsdifferent groups side with points are obvious effect for urinary symptoms causedby kidney Yang, Especially in groups of "shen shu, very, bladder shu", followedby "shen shu" group,"the most, bladder yu" group,"bladder yu" group,"very"group.2.
