ObjectiveUnder the guidance of the principle of TCM dialectical nursing, the combination of Fuyang theory and Gua Sha through syndrome differentiation was carried out clinical research to observe and compare the effect difference of conventional Gua Sha and the Gua Sha under the guidance of Fuyang theory in improving the facial nerve function and quality of life,so as to provide reference for expanding the application of TCM nursing technology and improving the quality of clinical TCM nursing.MethodIn this study,72 patients with Qi-deficiency and blood-stasis facial paralysis admitted to the acupuncture and moxibustion department of a Class III hospital in Kunming City from November 2021 to October 2022 were selected as research objects.Subjects meeting the inclusion and exclusion criteria were randomly divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method, with 36 cases in each group.Three cases fell off during the journey, and 69 cases were finally included, including 34 cases in the control group and 35 in the observation group. The experiment was carried out on the basis of conventional treatment and nursing. The control group performed routine Gua Sha and the observation group performed Gua Sha under the guidance of Fuyang theory.Gua Sha once every other day,3 times for a course of treatment, continuous intervention of 2 courses.H-B facial nerve function grading,FDIP score,FDIS score, and amplitude data of facial electromyography before and after intervention were collected at admission, intervention for 3times and intervention for 6 times.SPSS26.0 software was used for statistical analysis to compare the effects of the two Gua Sha methods.Result1.72 patients with Qi-deficiency and blood-stasis facial paralysis were included in this study, but 3 cases(2 cases in the control group and 1 case in the observation group)shed during the study period, with a total shedding rate of 4.17%.Finally,data of 69 subjects(34 cases in the control group and 35 cases in the observation group)were collected. There were no significant differences in the general data and observed indicators between the two groups at admission(before intervention)(P > 0.05),indicating comparability.2.After 3 times of intervention, the H-B facial nerve function grading in 2 groups was higher than that at admission(before intervention),FDIP score was higher than that at admission(before intervention),and FDIS score was lower than that before intervention. There was no significant difference between the two groups(P > 0.05).3.After 6 times of intervention,H-B facial nerve function grading and FDIP score of 2 groups were improved compared with admission(before intervention)and 3 times of intervention.FDIS score was lower than that at admission(before intervention)and after 3interventions.The mean score of TCM syndromes and the amplitude difference of facial EMg decreased compared with that at admission(before intervention). The improvement degree of H-B facial nerve function grade and FDIP score in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P < 0.05).The reduction degree of FDIS score, the average score of TCM syndrome and the amplitude difference of facial electromyography were greater than those of the control group, and the differences between groups were statistically significant(P < 0.05).4.After 6 times of intervention, the total effective rate of the observation group was 88.6%higher than that of the control group 79.4%,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P < 0.05).Conclusion1.Both conventional Gua Sha and Gua Sha under the guidance of Fuyang theory can improve the facial nerve function, physical function and social function of patients with Qi-deficiency and blood-stasis facial paralysis, and improve the quality of life of patients.2.Gua Sha under the guidance of Fuyang theory is better than conventional Gua Sha in improving facial nerve function, physical function, social function,TCM syndrome and total curative effect of intervention in patients with Qi-deficiency and blood-stasis facial paralysis.3.Gua Sha based on the guidance of Fuyang theory can better play the efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine nursing technology, safe and economical, worthy of clinical promotion and application.
