| Objective:This study evaluates the therapeutic effects of the Buzhong Yiqi Decoction formula on postoperative constipation,anal prolapse,wound healing,and secondary symptoms of spleen deficiency and qi depression(dizziness,fatigue,lack of appetite,and shortness of breath)in patients with circular mixed hemorrhoids of the spleen deficiency and qi depression type.The aim is to provide reference for the clinical treatment of circular mixed hemorrhoids of the spleen deficiency and qi depression type after surgery by observing the treatment of the Buzhong Yiqi Decoction formula.Method:Following the principle of randomized controlled trial,66 patients who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,with 33 cases in each group.Both groups underwent selective stapled hemorrhoidopexy(TST)+ internal hemorrhoid ligation + external hemorrhoidectomy,and were given the same routine postoperative treatment.The treatment group was given Buzhong Yiqi Decoction orally from the first day after surgery.The defecation smoothness and anal prolapse sensation of both groups were observed on the 1st,3rd,7th,and 14 th days after surgery.The secondary symptoms(including dizziness,fatigue,poor appetite,and weakness)were evaluated and scored on the 1st,7th,and 14 th days,and the wound healing rate on the 14 th day after surgery was calculated.The scores of each symptom were recorded and analyzed using SPSS 26.0software after collection,and conclusions were drawn.Results:1.General conditions: Out of the selected 66 patients,4 patients dropped out or were excluded during the trial period,and the final effective cases were 62,with 30 cases in the treatment group and 32 cases in the control group.There were no significant differences in age,gender,course of disease,and symptom scores between the two groups before medication(P>0.05),indicating comparability between the two groups.2.Defecation: There was no significant difference in the score of constipation on the first day after surgery between the treatment group and the control group(P>0.05),but the difference was statistically significant on the 3rd,7th,and 14 th days after surgery(P<0.05).The treatment group was superior to the control group in improving postoperative constipation.3.Anal prolapse: There was no significant difference in the score of anal prolapse on the first day after surgery between the two groups(P>0.05),but the difference was statistically significant on the 3rd,7th,and 14 th days after surgery(P<0.05).The treatment group was superior to the control group in improving postoperative anal prolapse.4.Wound healing rate: There was a statistically significant difference in the wound healing rate between the two groups on the 14 th day after surgery(P<0.05).The wound healing rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group,indicating that Buzhong Yiqi Decoction can effectively promote wound healing.5.Improvement of secondary symptoms: There was no significant difference in the secondary symptom scores between the two groups on the first and third days after surgery(P>0.05),but there was a significant difference on the 7th and 14 th days after surgery(P<0.05).This indicates that Buzhong Yiqi Decoction can effectively improve symptoms such as dizziness,fatigue,reduced appetite,and lethargy caused by spleen deficiency and Qi sinking after circular mixed hemorrhoid surgery.6.Overall therapeutic effect: The total effective rate in the treatment group was93.3%,while it was 78.1% in the control group.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.01),indicating that the overall therapeutic effect of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group.Conclusion:Buzhong Yiqi Decoction can significantly improve postoperative constipation and anal prolapse symptoms in patients with spleen deficiency and qi depression type mixed hemorrhoids,effectively promote wound healing,improve symptoms such as dizziness,fatigue,lack of appetite,and laziness caused by spleen deficiency,reduce patient’s pain,and improve their quality of life.During the treatment period,there were no significant adverse reactions in patients,and it is safe and worth clinical application and promotion. |
