Objective:To detect the rectal motility and sensory function characteristics of patients with chronic constipation(CC)in Qinghai Province by analyzing the anorectal manometry parameters of patients with chronic constipation(CC)in qProvince, and to explore the pathogenesis of CC.Clinical diagnosis and treatment accumulate certain data. Methods:A total of 71 patients with CC who met the criteria for admission were included in the study.According to whether they had hypertension or diabetes mellitus, they were divided into the group with combined basic disease and without the combined basic disease group.30 healthy people who had no constipation-related symptoms were selected as the control group.Using a high-resolution anorectal manometry(HR-ARM)manometer the relevant parameters such as anal sphincter resting pressure(ASRP),maximal squeeze pressure(MSP),first sensitive volume(FSV),defecation sensitive volume(DSV),maximum tolerable volume(MTV),high pressure band length, rectal anal pressure differenc, anal residual pressuree, rectal pressure, continuous squeezing time, etc. Then perform statistical analysis.Results:(1)There was no significant difference in the MSP,continuous squeezing time, high pressure band length and rectal pressure between the three groups(P>0.05).(2)There were statistical differences in ASRP between the three groups(P<0.05).The ASRP in the combined basic disease group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).There was no difference between the without the combined basic disease group and the control group.P>0.05).(3)There was a statistically significant difference in the anal residual pressuree and rectal anal pressure differenc between the three groups(P<0.05).The rectal pressure of the three groups was less than 45 mmHg,and the rectal anal pressure differenc was less than that in the control group. There was no significant difference in the anal residual pressuree and rectal anal pressure difference between the group with combined basic disease and without the combined basic disease group(P>0.05).(4)There were statistical differences in the comparison of FSV,DSV and MTV between the three groups(P<0.05).The FSV and MTV in the combined disease group were higher than those in the control group and without the combined basic disease group(P<0.05).The DSV of the combined disease group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).(5)The age of CC patients was positively correlated with ASRP(P<0.05),negatively correlated with rectal pressure(P<0.05),and FSV was positively correlated with BMI(P<0.05).Conclusions:(1)There were differences in HR-ARM between CC patients in Qinghai Province and the control group, which were mainly manifested in the ASRP,anal residual pressuree, rectal anal pressure differenc, rectal sensory function and so on.(2)The occurrence of constipation in patients with hypertension and diabetes mellitus may be related to the change of anal sphincter tension, the decrease of rectal sensitivity and the increase of rectal tolerance.(3)The occurrence of CC may be related to the lack of rectal propulsion and high anal residual pressure.(4)Patients with CC may have an increase in internal sphincter tension and insufficient rectal propulsion as they age.The rectal sensitivity decreases with increasing BMI.
