Research On Ethical Risks Of Medical Artificial Intelligence Based On Ethics Of Responsibility

At present,the application scenarios of medical artificial intelligence are becoming increasingly diverse,which is greatly beneficial for improving the level of medical services in China.However,at the same time,there are also ethical risks.It is urgent to analyze the causes of various ethical risks in medical artificial intelligence and seek countermeasures to address these risks.Ethics of responsibility can play an important role in this process.Ethics of responsibility is beneficial for understanding the causes of ethical risks in medical artificial intelligence from a new perspective,and then improving the governance plan for ethical risks in medical artificial intelligence,helping to promote the high-quality development of China’s medical service system.The first part of this article provides a detailed introduction to the origin,purpose,significance of the topic,as well as the current research status of the topic at home and abroad.It also elaborates on the research methods and innovative points of the topic.The second part is an overview of medical artificial intelligence and ethics of responsibility,including the connotation,classification,value of medical artificial intelligence,the connotation and characteristics of ethics of responsibility,responsibility and ethics of responsibility,as well as an analysis of the relationship between medical artificial intelligence and ethics of responsibility,indicating the direction of ethics of responsibility in medical artificial intelligence.The third part clarifies the ethical risks of medical artificial intelligence: human rights ethical risks,safety ethical risks,fairness ethical risks,and responsibility ethical risks.Taking the lack of "what kind of responsibility" as the starting point,this paper analyzes the causes of ethical risks in medical artificial intelligence,and finds that the misconduct of human responsibility,dereliction of role responsibility,breach of contractual responsibility,oversight of organizational responsibility,and misstep of future responsibility jointly lead to ethical risks in medical artificial intelligence.The fourth part uses ethics of responsibility to construct a governance system for ethical risks in medical artificial intelligence.First,determine the basis for multi-dimensional ethical risk governance,then clarify the ethical principles of responsibility that should be followed in managing ethical risks in medical artificial intelligence,and finally allocate the main responsibility for ethical risk governance in medical artificial intelligence.Due to the lack of multiple responsibilities,medical artificial intelligence has generated various ethical risks.However,in a modern high-risk society,development inevitably comes with risks.The development trend of medical artificial intelligence is irreversible.Faced with uncertain consequences,the primary task for humanity is to seek countermeasures to manage risks and guide technology towards good.Ethics of responsibility that is forward-looking,holistic,sustainable,altruistic,and autonomous can provide a source for the establishment of governance basis and principles.The wise way to manage risks is to share them.Risk sharing calls for shared responsibility,and the ethics of responsibility that embody the concept of overall responsibility aims to connect the responsible parties into a network to provide a risk management platform.Therefore,ethics of responsibility can help humans control the unreasonable use and improper development of medical artificial intelligence,and promote the realization of human-machine symbiosis.
