Clinical Diagnosis Of Colorectal Cancer Caused By Tumor Abnormal Protein In Combination With CEA

Objective:Colorectal cancer has become a serious social problem,and all sectors of society pay more and more attention to the attention and treatment of colorectal cancer patients.In this study,the expression of tumor abnormal protein(Tumor Abnormal Protein,TAP),between colorectal cancer patients and benign digestive disease patients,and the combination with CA199 and CEA,and the application of TAP in colorectal cancer diagnosis,were used to further explore the role of TAP in diagnosis.Study method:Collect the clinical data of 119 colorectal cancer patients admitted from December 2021 to December 2022 and 119 patients with benign gastrointestinal diseases in Shengjing hospital.The results of the statistical analysis were performed using SPSS24.0 software,the measured data were expressed as average±standard deviation analysis,the comparison between the two groups using the independent sample t-test,and the X~2test for the analysis of correlation between groups.The receiver operating characteristic curve(receiver operating characteristic curve,ROC)was made to compare the results of TAP,CEA and CA199 alone and combined tests for the diagnosis of colorectal cancer.Results:1.TAP expression was(133.286±30.908)μm~2in 119 colorectal cancer patients and TAP expression was(103.708±23.207)μm~2in 119 patients with benign digestive diseases,and TAP expression(P=0.018<0.05).2.When CEA was normal(negative),TAP was expressed as(133.567±32.674)μm~2in 78colorectal cancer patients and(104.176±23.459)μm~2in 106 patients with benign digestive system disease,with a difference of TAP expression between the two groups(P=0.012<0.05)3.TAP,CEA,CA199,the area under the curve of the ROC curve is 0.779,0.646,and 0.502,respectively.The area under the curve of TAP and CEA,TAP and CA199,and CEA and CA199 was 0.823,0.783,and 0.649,respectively.Conclusion:TAP expression was observed in the peripheral blood of patients with colorectal cancer was significantly higher than in patients with benign digestive diseases.When CEA is normal(negative),the expression of TAP in the peripheral blood of patients with colorectal cancer is also higher than that of patients with benign digestive system disease,and TAP has a good diagnostic value for colorectal cancer.The diagnostic potency of TAP with CEA in colorectal cancer was higher than that of TAP with CA199 and CEA with CA199.
