Objective To investigate the efficacy of Tumor Abnormal Protein(TAP)in screening, diagnosis and prognosis of gastric adenocarcinoma,so as to guide the reasonable application of TAP in the diagnosis and prognosis of gastric adenocarcinoma. Methods A total of 143 non-tumor patients and 228 gastric adenocarcinoma patients admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Jinzhou Medical University from June 2020 to January 2021 were collected.Peripheral venous blood of the patients in fasting state was collected to detect the expressions of TAP,CEA,CA19-9 and CA72-4.The ROC curve was drawn according to the expression of TAP and tumor markers, and the diagnostic efficacy of TAP for gastric adenocarcinoma was evaluated by analyzing the area under the curve.Binary Logistic regression analysis was used to identify the independent risk factors for gastric adenocarcinoma.According to the expression of TAP,they were divided into TAP negative group and TAP positive group.Immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expression of VEGF and Ki-67 in the two groups.Kaplan-Meier univariate survival analysis was used to evaluate the effect of TAP on the prognosis of gastric adenocarcinoma.Cox regression analysis was used to identify independent risk factors for the prognosis of gastric adenocarcinoma. Results 1.The expressions of TAP,CEA,CA19-9 and CA72-4 in gastric adenocarcinoma group were higher than those in non-tumor group, and the differences were statistically significant(P < 0.05).2.The area under the receiver operating curve of TAP was 0.833,which was larger than that of CEA,CA19-9 and CA72-4,and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).3.Binary Logistic regression analysis showed that TAP was an independent risk factor for gastric adenocarcinoma.4.In gastric adenocarcinoma tissue, the positive rate of VEGF in TAP positive group was higher than that in TAP negative group, and the expression of VEGF in gastric adenocarcinoma tissues was positively correlated with TAP(P < 0.05);The positive rate of Ki-67 in TAP positive tissues was higher than that in TAP negative tissues, and the expression of Ki-67 in gastric adenocarcinoma tissues was positively correlated with TAP(P < 0.05).5.In patients with gastric adenocarcinoma,TAP expression level was not correlated with blood glucose,PT,INR,PTA,TT and fibrinogen(P > 0.05).It was correlated with uric acid and APTT(P < 0.05).6.Kaplan-Meier univariate survival analysis showed that TAP was an independent prognostic factor for gastric adenocarcinoma(P < 0.05).Cox regression analysis showed that tumor stage,TAP,CEA,CA72-4,INR and TT were independent prognostic factors for gastric adenocarcinoma patients.Conclusions1.TAP,CEA,CA19-9 and CA72-4 are highly expressed in patients with gastric adenocarcinoma, and TAP is an independent risk factor for gastric adenocarcinoma.2.The diagnostic efficacy of TAP in gastric adenocarcinoma was higher than CEA,CA19-9 and CA72-4.3.The expression levels of VEGF and Ki-67 in the tissues of gastric adenocarcinoma patients were higher in the TAP positive group, which was related to the poor prognosis of gastric adenocarcinoma patients with TAP positive.4.In patients with gastric adenocarcinoma,TAP expression was correlated with uric acid and APTT.5.Elevated TAP affects the prognosis of patients with gastric adenocarcinoma.Tumor stage,TAP,CEA,CA72-4,INR and TT are independent risk factors for the prognosis of patients with gastric adenocarcinoma.
